It’s so sad this account died. I v much liked it, and know a lot of peeps who would like to take it over if you don’t want it.

i knowww, i’m sad about it too because it was such a nice space when everyone was really active here. but it’s hard to get accounts like this up and running again once they die down, and i’ve really moved away from tumblr as a platform in general. that being said,. i’m not ready to give it away, just in case i am able to restore it at some point in the future, but thank you for the offer 💞💞. in the meantime if you have twitter follow me on my acc there, heyyitschan. i post a lot of wlw related stuff on there!

My dream gf: Long hair, and athletic. Wears my hoodies and flannels. When I put my arm around her shoulder, she just melts into my side. Loves the stars, and is willing to sneak out at like 2 am to look at them with me. Also if I told a girl I liked a band and then she started listening to that band, I would die.

My dream girl is currently in my arms as we lay in bed together. She’s beautiful and kind. Her eyes are soft and filled with love and passion. She’s the love of my life and I cannot describe how wonderful she is. She always there for me even if I don’t want her to be. She’s stubborn and I love that. She’s everything I didn’t know I needed or wanted and id be lost without her. I love her

dream gf: knows she can be herself around me no matter what, wouldn't mind being kissed in the middle of one of her ugly laughs, isnt afraid to fart, talk a to me about all her interests and teaches me if I dont know about it. shed watch all her favorite movies with me and I'd be her favorite pillow, shed smile when I bring her breakfast in bed before work. maybe she already has kids, and they love there new mom as much as I love theirs.

ive been living with my gf for a few months. I’m wildly in love with her and absolutely nothing compares to waking in the middle of the night hearing her breathe and make cute little sounds in her sleep. I have ptsd but she comforts me and helps me feel safe and I love her more than anything

how to explain compulsory heterosexuality to parents very poorly educated in the lgbt matter?

i’d start off by explaining heteronormativity. make sure that they understand that, because of how our society is nowadays, everyone is expected to be straight and any variation from that is considered abnormal. then go on to explain that this can be internalized, and people who aren’t straight often grow up thinking that they are, or that they will be eventually, because everyone around them expects them to be. explaining heteronormativity first should ease them into the idea of compulsory heterosexuality because it’s a little simpler to grasp and generally something that everyone can agree is happening in our society. then once they seem to understand that, explain how that causes compulsory heterosexuality, and just make sure that you stress that this is something that happens to lots of lgbtq people, not just you, so they see that it’s legitimate. hope that helps!!
