I have a bad habit of stopping something the moment I see results. I've stopped working out I don't know how many times in the past. This time has to be different. I've started seeing results and started slacking off. What can I do to rein myself back in and remotivate?
This is the main problem with us, human beings.
We start being satisfied when we see small results. However, we’re doomed to stay average thinking like this. If you want great things, you will have to get out of your comfort zone, for real.
Fitness allows you to build a certain discipline, that will give you the motivation to do anything. Since I started something, I’m pushing my limits in every other area.
Today is the day where you decide to grow up. You want something? Go get it, period.
