hi! my name is flynn, and this is my blog dedicated to my interests (listed below), feelings, and life in general. i want to create a cozy, safe space to be myself, free of judgment, and i think tumblr is the perfect place for that.

about me

a little about me: i am a nineteen-year-old gay trans male from the usa. i have a boyfriend named riley who i love very much! i don't have a specific style, but i enjoy vintage clothing, lots of black and earthy tones, sometimes feminine, sometimes masculine. at this point, i wear whatever i feel comfortable in.

interests

music: i've been listening to the same few bands since i was 14: twenty one pilots (my all-time favourite), my chemical romance, waterparks, fall out boy, and i don't know how but they found me. i don't tend to diversify, so i'm probably not the best person to suggest new music to.

movies/tv shows: my favourite tv show is supernatural, and my favourite movie is saw (2004). my favourite movie genre is horror, so i also enjoy the scream and insidious franchises. leigh whannell is my favourite actor/writer/director, so anything involving him is an immediate must-see. my boyfriend and i also watched a few studio ghibli movies, which we both enjoyed. as for tv shows, i don't watch many, but i am a heartstopper fan (i've seen the entire series 3 times), and i enjoy bluey.

video games: i tend to rotate between three games: minecraft, the sims 4, and animal crossing. minecraft and the sims have been in my life since i was a child, whereas i didn't start playing animal crossing until 2021. i also occasionally play genshin impact and disney dreamlight valley, though i haven't in awhile, and my boyfriend recently introduced me to the legend of zelda! video games are probably the only thing you could suggest that i would try since i'm always looking for more games to waste my time on.

my dms are always open to new friends, but please remember i have a boyfriend, so don't try to flirt with me. i also have anxiety, autism, and adhd, so making friends doesn't come easy to me. i promise i'm not purposefully ignoring you; i don't always have the time or energy to have a conversation. don't be afraid to try, though!
