The only people I've "fought" with are my siblings. And I believe that it has brought us closer in an emotional sense. As for the rest of the people, including my parents and relatives, I can only say what I know based on my observations and interactions with them. For myself, I can say a lot; I'm highly insecure about myself, which often leads to overthinking. I battle with this every single day. Fortunately, this overthinking habit has subsided, but just a little. I still find myself judging every inch of my entire existence when I become highly emotional or hyper.
These are just some random thoughts that I want to let out. And I find that sharing these thoughts in a diary, journal, or even a blog such as this is helpful to keep one's mental and emotional state in check. I don't expect any agreements or oppositions about what I'm sharing, but I'm happy enough to share my thoughts and feelings.
The quote in the post is from Anne Frank's "The Diary of a Young Girl", (Monday, September 28, 1942).

Text
You are as bright as a star
That I can see from afar.
You have a beautiful heart,
Which is a true work of art.
You are worth the wait
Even though the path is not straight.
You deserve the best,
But it will put you to the test.
This short poem may be plain,
But there is something to gain.
"Plain, But True"

I wrote this short poem almost three years ago when I became so active in reading books. So bored and unproductive at the time, I decided to try writing poems and share them online. Although a few people liked it, I was still happy and it gave me the motivation to continue writing. As I write my poems, I developed my own style of writing while integrating some of the rules of poetry writing. Some of the poems that I've written might be a bit odd, but I just love the way they sound as I think of words that are befitting for them. Anyways, I'll be uploading more of my old works and some new ones if I ever have the time to write. Also, I would like to thank those who have suggested some themes for my poems and short stories. As for the short stories, I have so many ideas in mind that I cannot choose which one to work on first. I must confess that I'm disorganized most of the time and I can be quite indecisive. But I will stick to my words and make time to write again.
