YES: I've already written the entire thing and I like most of it, and maybe if I let it run free I'll either end up liking what I don't, or figure out what's wrong with it and how to fix it.

It'll be released later after the poll ends (when i add the tags)

NO: Should release it when I'm ready and like it. I can keep editing it without people seeing what I don't like. I can keep working on it until I like it, and be happy with it upon its release.

It will be released at an unknown date in the future, but usually months ahead so I can figure out how to fix it and then write it.
