“Well, no. That makes no sense whatsoever.“ And she wasn’t the smartest one, after all. She knew that full well - and yet, this particular kind of reasoning made even less sense to her than most of the world at large usually did.

“I mean; by that logic, every Ambyu-Lance is a danger to Cyber City and all its inhabitants. That’s not how it works.“ She shrugs, the faux fur capelet sliding down her shoulders and onto her arms.

“You shouldn’t listen to idiots talk, really, darlin’. You’re a public figure, of course there’s gonna be obsessive fans like that out there.“ she continued. She would know of it better than most.

“Focus on the important matters instead-“ He hand lands on the Addison’s shoulder.

“You.“ Another concerned frown follows.

“Are you... like... okay? Even if it was done in self-defence, things like that... they get to you. Are you holding up alright?“ she insists.
