The True Cost
Tumblr media
Hey ALL!
We hope you all had a great weekend and Black Friday didn't totally drain all of you. Today we thought we would share with you a great documentary that is available to watch on Netflix.
The documentary is called The True Cost. This documentary examines  fast fashion’s unadvertised sins, from unregulated production that caused a factory collapse killing more than 1,000 people in Bangledesh in 2013, to the toxic waste spewed out by factories producing disposable garments, to attempts at unionization that are thwarted by violence.
Always rethink your choice when it comes to buying new clothes. Choose wisely and go for the pieces you really need rather than buying something because its extremely cheap. Garments that are really cheap are extremely bad quality and won’t last. Choose high quality clothing that does not damage our environement or go for the second hand and charity options.
Let us guys know your thoughts on this documentary
