A Christmas gift for lovely @mu11berry Since I couldn’t join secret santa((due to extremely busy for a couple months ago)), this is the least I can do for her xD

Aveyond With Accents

This is my headcanon of what accents the beloved main Aveyond characters would have if they had the accents of our world~  Headcanoned these with help for a couple from a friend who is equally Aveyond obsessed.

AV1

Rhen has a Dutch accent 

Dameon’s voice is smooth and low, he has an accent like Saomoan 

Lars has a Persian accent 

Elini has a Spanish accent 

Pirate John had an English accent from Sedona, but forced himself to lose it and now has a stereotypical pirate accent  

Mad Marge has an American accents

Ean and Iya have a scottish accent 

Emma has a french accent (bc Candar? city of love? k yeah i stop now) 

Rye has a country accent that I feel would sound a bit Austrian

Jack has an American accent 

Ava has East Indian accent 

Nicholas has an american accent with the slightest overtone of

Gavin’s accent is Australian

Mel has a Brooklyn accent 

Gyendal and Te'ijal have a Romanian accent 

Galahad has an english accent 

Stella has a soft Irish accent 

Edward has an American accent 

Lydia also has an American accent but sounds all proper 

Ulf has an incredibly thick German accent

Yvette has a lilting french accent 

Uma and Nox have this cross accent between Brooklyn and Romanian, thicker on romanian

Yemite doesn't have an accent that exists in our current world

I love this Rhen sketch!!! It’s so fun and I love that it’s modern clothes rather then her sword singer gear (which I love so much don’t get be wrong but I never see au stuff of the chars so I adore this)

Old art, slightly touched up and (tried to) colour.

Hi Te’ijal.

Back in art school, I have this one digital art class where the professor demands that we paint in greyscale and overlay it with colours. No overpainting in colour allowed. It HAS to be greyscale and the colours are only allowed to be in “special effect” type layers (overlay, soft light, colour, hard light, etc). 

I tried and I can’t seem to ever EVER make it look right. I piled up a dozen colour layers in different layer effects, added gradients, gradient maps, looked at tutorials… I just CAN’T DO IT. Even if the art was good enough to get a B or B+, I still don’t like how it looks. It looks flat, it looks dull, it looks freaking weird. I paint better with straight up colours.
