What’s the best exercise for burning calories? I do a lot of walking but I don’t like to go out late at night.

So my job actually is just speed walking for like 4 hours straight, I walked 5 miles today at work and burnt over 600 calories!
Dinner:
Oxtail soup - 166kcals
2 eggs - 143kcals
3 rice cakes - 90kcals
Cup of tea - 30kcals
Total - 429kcals
4 hours exercise - 690kcals
Net = -261kcals
