personally i'm excited for tf:one, but strange old mechs lying in caves distributing t-cogs is no basis for a system of government (or a reasonable explanation for why the race of transformers is able to fucking transform).

listen the movie's not out yet and i'm sure the issue's more complex than that, but all the same i'm going to make fun of that particular artistic decision.

Hi, coming at you with some trans Submas work I could quickly grab before leaving for bed: Divine Intervention which is a short and silly fic that inspired me to headcanon the twins as trans Delibird is Coming to Town is a one-shot I wrote for secret Santa back in (checks posting date) 2022. (Do note that you have to be logged on AO3 to read this)

Picture it: Jonny D'Ville, chaos murder pirate Of All Time, gets up on stage, clears his throat, and pulls out a rainbow-stained printout of a formal report. He begins to recite in flat New Midgardian legalese an in depth description and analysis of everything happening on the train, complete with every single inconsequential detail that Lyf had to look through to be thorough but ultimately had no bearing on the outcome of the incident. He breaks for a song when appropriate.

The rest of the mechs would be dying trying to hold on their laughter the entire time.
