Am I the only one who believes that CB would make a banger musical? Like, we could have Chase singing about wanting to become a star and at first it would all sound really happy but as the story progresses we'll see him open up more and more about how much he tries (through the songs) and how sometimes it all feels pointless but he still doesn't give up. At some point Deacon would also sing about his parents' expectations and how he was never able to discover who he truly is and what he actually wants. As for 'Buddy' he would probably sing about how bad he is like he's fucking Onceler or something idk
