Not letting trans men be represented in media and seen living as trans men stops younger trans boys from knowing people like them exists and that its ok and normal and there's a community of people out there for them. It stops young trans boys from being able to realise binding and tape exists and that one day they can medically transition. It stops them from knowing theres language and words to discuss who they are and what they experience. It stops trans man from living out loud and pushes us out of sight so it's mush easier to attack us and oppress us.

I’m a big fan of simple meals (yay autism and chronic fatigue) and I rotate through the same few every week.

For y’all’s consideration:

- Spaghetti bolognese

I use around 0.350kg of mince (I prefer pork, but beef works great too), around four serves of macaroni elbows and a jar of pre-made bolognese sauce. I add about a third of an onion (chopped into your preferred sizing) to some oil in a heated pan, add the mince then add the sauce once the mince is browned through. The sauce can simmer for about five minutes and then is ready to serve. Makes about four servings but could probably stretch to about six small servings as needed.

- Peanut Satay

I use about 0.350kg of beef stir fry (basically just thinly sliced strips of beef that I then cut into smaller pieces), about four serves of rice, a head of broccoli, a third of an onion and some coconut cream to mix with a packet of peanut satay sauce. Chop the onion and add to a heated pan. Add the beef then add the broccoli once the meat is about two thirds cooked. Then add the sauce packet and add coconut cream to your preferences and mix everything together. This makes about four servings but again can stretch to around six smaller portions as needed.

- Butter Chicken

I use about 0.300kg of skinless boneless chicken breast, about four serves of rice, a jar of butter chicken sauce, coconut cream and a third of an onion.

Add chopped onion to a heated pan. Dice the chicken and then add to the pan. Once the chicken is cooked almost fully through, add the jar of sauce and coconut cream to your taste. Mix together and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Makes four servings and again can stretch to six smaller portions servings as needed.

- Creamy Broccoli Pasta

I use a head of broccoli, about 150ml of cream, an oxo veggie stock cube and about four serves of either spaghetti or macaroni elbows.

Add the veggie stock cube to the pasta water as it cooks. Chop the broccoli and add to a heated pan. Add the cream after a few minutes and allow to simmer on low heat, adding around a tablespoon of the pasta/stock water to the cream/broccoli mix.

You can add chicken to this as well if you’d like but I tend to prefer it without. Makes four servings but I wouldn’t try stretching it past that without upping the quantity of ingredients.

I know that not everyone has access to the exact ingredients that I use, namely the jarred sauces and exact quantities of ingredients but they can be substituted pretty easily for the nearest equivalent. If anyone tries these and enjoys them, I’m glad I can help!

Trans guys get to be feminine by the way. Trans guys get to be gnc. Trans guys get to be femboys.

Manhood isn't incompatible with femininity. It's not even incompatible with womanhood.

Assuming that trans mascs must hate and reject all femininity if they really are men is supporting toxic masculinity.

Hinting that they're still in some way women (if they've expressed that's not part of their gender) and/or straight if they're into men simply because they're gnc is transphobic.

If cis men can be feminine, so can trans men and being feminine does not automatically mean you want to be/are a woman.

If we can't rid the queer community of anti-masculinity, you will always be imposing a level of womanhood on trans men, which is inherently transphobic. A trans man should be able to live his life, embody his own masculinity without being admonished for it by people who claim to be progressive. Degendering us is not a compliment, malgendering us is not gender affirming. Women are not more virtuous than men and that sentiment is misogynistic.

We're men and we deserve basic human respect as any other person should be given. That basic human respect is respecting our identity, realizing your biases and hangups with our identities have nothing to do with us and should not be imposed on us. Imposing biases on others' identities is exactly what conservative bigots do, there is no 'woke' way to do that.

In case anyone finds it helpful because mobility aids are horrifically expensive and inaccessible…

And for those people who have access to mobility devices but might benefit from a second chair they can abuse without risking expensive damage…

Erik Kondo has made a website, Open Source Innovations, that details plans for DIY wheelchairs. These wheelchairs can be made from common materials like wood, plastic, and pvc. They are lightweight and can be custom fit to the user allowing from the same degree of movement you would get from a custom chair. And they are durable and easily repairable. (he has been stress testing his latest design by dropping it down stairs, dropping it out of a car, launching it across a driveway, and throwing it off a deck). Its 12lbs and I think he said its was in the $200 ish range for parts.

He also is working on cheap, open source, accessible designs for beach chairs, off road chairs, motorized attachments (think smart drive), and so on. Plus he skateboards in his wheelchair. Cool dude, helpful info, pass it on.
