Amidst the unforgiving wasteland, Irma revved her meticulously restored motorcycle, its engine growling with power. Marlene, her trusty spliced Nightstalker, darted alongside like a fleeting specter, her quiet hyaenidae chuckles fading into the arid winds.

The former vault dweller crouched near a rocky outcrop and was therefore dangerously close to a forsaken Raider hideout. Still, she wasn't able to move on her own. Something was wrong. She gasped for air, her ragged breaths echoing through the desolation, while her Geiger counter wailed in alarm, its green lights casting eerie shadows.

Irma pulled her motorcycle to a sudden stop, the dust swirling dramatically around her. Her improvised Pip-Boy blinked wildly, registering the concerning radiation levels emanating from Gale. In a cinematic pause, Irma removed her dust goggles, revealing a determined, yet empathetic expression. Tired, irritated blue-grey eyes darted at the unusual picture before her, as she approached the obviously sick young woman.

She stepped forward, the wasteland's harsh light accentuating the worry etched on her face, and her shadow stretched across the barren landscape. This hardened survivor, whose heart remained hidden beneath layers of stoicism, felt an unexpected pang of compassion for the stranger as if the wasteland had momentarily peeled away her tough exterior to reveal a glimmer of humanity.

"Kid. Are you sure you want to stay here like this? You're...easy prey."
