#RaguSunday When my kids started talking I restarted a very old #familytradition of always making #Ragu on Sunday’s, but no pre-planning anything, just seeing who’s around that day to spontaneously come over I literally send texts out “Ragu? The #CacioPepeMethod is live right now in #RealFrankHighlights and in #RealFrankSTORIES It’s been fun fielding all the crazy questions for the last three hours on DM #CacioPepe is #pastawater and #PecorinoRomano cheese with tons of freshly ground black pepper on top That’s it The whole toasted black pepper is coarsely and unevenly ground on top only, so as you eat it, you mix it in yourself AND decide yourself when to crunch on the bigger pieces You need the varied texture on the pepper for dramatic effect with this dish. @SunPathHouse is in @OceanDriveMag this month My journey with this house started in #1976 when my parents told my stubborn 10yr old ass that I couldn’t build a #treehouse in our backyard because it would be TOO UGLY I’ve never been very good with no.
