day 3 fl studio

DAY 3 FL STUDIO.... DAY 3 FL STUDIO... Well here I am. I got off work and continued to work on my shit. Okay, made progress....added a drum loop I found on youtube. It's nothing special and nothing good as a matter of fact but I guess we really all start somewhere.

I can hear the song EXACTLY how I want it in my mind but my god I can't get it out on the program!! It's actually really frustrating me and I really hope I can grasp it soon. Ugh. I really wanted the Vanguard plugin but I don't own the product so I can't activate it. IF anyone who is well versed in music production sees this please give me some tips. That high pitched sound that plays in the clip - I want it to sound more harmonious and, I don't know how to explain. Oh well here's call me.... I'm going to continue now.

day 2 of fl studio

guys, look. i didnt really make progress today in terms of sound but in terms of understanding the program a bit better? yeah i'd say so. but that progress had to be cut short because i went out today.

i'll post another progress check tomorrow when i (hopefully) have more to show. guten nacht!!!!!!

gonna continue this music stuff today. last night i watched some videos about music production and by that i mean fl studio song remakes. i hope they help and everyone say "hell yeah" to copying other artists when you start out. haha right!!? anyway let the games begin.

day 1 of fl studio

what i made was ass - ass i tell you! im trying to go for a poker face lady gaga type of intro with the second layer of synths (the one that goes from c to c# to c to c# again [genius of me i know]) sounding warpy and NOT STACCATO-Y BUT GOD IDK HOW. well i guess that was practice and fucking around is for.
