I made my boss and his family listen to BTS

Alright, story time ! Just a bit of context first: I work part-time at a Japanese insfired (not a typo, ARMY will get it) Spa. The owners, my bosses, live there with their two kids.

Tonight they were meeting a guy for a job interview, and a little bit after he left my boss and his family settled for dinner. When I walked in the room I asked if the guy was hired.

"Yes, he starts tomorrow" my boss said. "He's really nice"

"He's trying to hook you up" his wife said to me, laughing.

"Oh yeah ? How old is he ?" I asked while laughing too.

"I think he's too young for you" replied my boss. "He's 18 y.o."

"Yeah, a bit too young for me haha" (I'm 23)

And like, my boss is super into Chinese Zodiac. He likes to give advice based on our sign and it's actually really interesting. So he goes on about how Dragon (the new guy's sign) and Pig (my sign) aren't the best matchup though not the worst either.

Then I said, half-joking: "Anyway my heart is taken right now. I have what you would call a huge 'celebrity crush', and it's gonna be hard to make me turn away from him"

Of course they instantly got interested and asked who it was, so I said he was part of a really popular K-Pop group called BTS. My boss took his laptop and was like "What's his full name ?". I answered "Jung Hoseok, but his stage name is J-Hope". I was still laughing a little cause I didn't think I'd be talking about BTS with my boss, and even less about my love for J-Hope lol

Anyway he wanted to know Hoseok's sign, and when he found out he was a Dog my boss said "Dog and Pig is one of the greatest match". I was like thANKS ARE YOU GIVING US YOUR BLESSING ?? LMAO and then he listened to 'Love Yourself: Answer' and 'IDOL'.

He didn't particularly like it, but also didn't hate it. I just can't believe I actually made him and his family listen to BTS xD It made my whole day lol
