I know that I’m a bit late to the party, but since I do plan on participating this year, I wanted to share some info on how to get your treats! So here’s the rundown:

On October 29th, around 10AM EST, I’ll make a post indicating that my porch light is on. Once that happens, you’ll be able to start hunting down all of the treats that I’ve hidden throughout my blog (I’ll confirm how many hidden treats there are when my porch light comes on).

My porch light will stay on all weekend and you have plenty of time to find everything before it disappears on Sunday evening! I’ll be out of town, so if there’s something you can’t find, send me an ask and I’ll send you a direct link to whatever you’re missing when I get home.

All of my gifts this year are ephemeral - once simblreen ends, they will no longer be shared. I may change my mind about this in the future, but that’s the plan for now!

Feel free to post photos of/talk about your treats once you get them, they’re not a huge secret ✨

a bit random, but i’ve always hated that bassinet with a burning passion and i couldn’t find anything like this, so i just made it myself

you can only have one wood tone in your game at a time: either white, pine or oak

in-game it’s still called ‘rock-a-bye bassinet’ and the thumbnail is the same

Making my cafe dog friendly is the best decision I ever made!

After struggling to find any group poses I liked, I decided to try making my own thanks to the brilliant tutorials by @katverse !

I think maybe starting with a group pose wasn’t the best idea, and it’s not perfect, but I’m so happy with this for my first ever attempt at a pose and my first time using blender too!

I think I’m going to make a few more and then I’ll maybe make them available for download!

Alright everyone, I’ve finally finished these recolours that I started in December 2019 lmao. I meant to release them back then, I was basically finished and just had to finish up previews and swatches but then depression hit and everything got forgotten about…

Anyway, included here are 26 recolours of the Fall/Winter 2018 plunge suit by @sentate​ - both the trousers and the jacket. For a skirt option I’ve recoloured the skirt that came in the Caribbean patch. The 26 recolours included are all Scottish tartans - they’re all named in the above swatch preview and I’ve also listed them under the cut with links to them all on the Tartan Register. 

On top of that I’ve also included an accessory overlay in a few select colours that changes the colour of the jacket collar, pockets and sleeve buttons. The overlay accessory can be found in the socks category. 

You can combine the jacket with some accessory tops to make some nice combinations. Here’s a few that I like to use;

Remember you will need the mesh for for the suit jacket and trousers. I think as long as your game has been updated to include the Caribbean update then you should have the mesh for the skirt.

All disabled for random and correctly labeled with colours etc as well all items having their own custom thumbnails.

Sul Sul! 

S. Magazine is a brand new bi-monthly TS4 magazine made just for simmers by simmers. We’ll be publishing every two months with a mix of contents from CC finds, lookbooks, builds, reviews, interviews and more that’s curated just for you. We will cater towards Maxis Mix contents just to have a little this and that for both type of players. 

So what does S. stands for?  Sul Sul - hello in Simlish. Sims. Simmers. Simblrs. It could be almost anything that references the game and the community, but mainly it hopes to represent and showcase the many talents simmers have in the simblr community.

I went back to 3.0.8 because the presets I like are all made for 3.0, but if I can get them to work with 4.0 I’ll be switching for sure!

why aren’t we all switching to a newer reshade it takes like 0.5 seconds to start rather than the 5 minutes from 3.0 and has nicer ui and shaders >:(
