Moving!

I know I haven’t been on Dia that often but I’ve decided that I’m moving them to a hub where i can keep things better organized and have better access to all my blogs

Dia’s mission was to infiltrate Morvok’s ship, download anything that would be deemed of value of resistance, and then get out. Seemed simple enough. The robot made infiltrating the ship seem like cake, having already calculated the best route to the main computer and making their way by the guards without being detected. 

It was simple enough to plug themselves into the main computer and start downloading whatever seemed useful to the resistance. Flight plans, other galra locations, anything that could give the resistance even the smallest edge in the war. Surely it wasn’t as easy as this.

i was gonna write starters but i got distracted and now i have to get ready for work 

so have some speedy headcanons 

dia instead of kisses will just bop their partner in the head and when asked why they’ll just be like “lol that isn’t a kiss?” 

dia would 1000% percent enjoy being picked up and they’re surprisingly lightweight even though they’re entirely made of metal

“Hello!” With a small wave and cheerful tone, Dia thought it would be good to say hello to one of their fellow coalition members. After making their way over to the stranger, hoping to gain at the very least another acquaintance to add to her database. 

“I am D-10856. I am also refereed to as Dia for your personal convince. Would it be acceptable if I got your name as well?” Dia held their hands behind their back, eagerly awaiting the other’s response.

Dia, finding that they had a lot more time on their robotic hands than first estimated, decided that their spare time waiting in between missions would be most efficiently spent with some exploration and mingling with some of the crew. Perhaps they would succeed in boosting moral, though they didn’t find it to be low after examining some of the members they have already encountered. 

After exploring in areas that Dia didn’t find any interest in, they made their way into the lab. After poking around, their optics rested on a small specimen inside a well made habitat sitting on the counter. Already interested, the robot made their way over to the little creature and knelt down to get a good look at it. Curious, they haven’t encountered anything like this in their travels. What was this fascinating creature? Being so focused on the creature, they wouldn't even realize that there would be anyone else walking into the room.

i’ve been thinking about this blog a bit and I’m more than likely to turn this into an oc blog because like  i’m just using a character that appeared for three seconds and said one line and well they just might as well be an oc so 

yeah i’m gonna make some changes but dia will relatively stay the same I’ll just like create a design and shit for them and stuff

i’m getting emotional over this song because Dia would spend hours listening to it trying to understand the concept of love and emotions in general because they have the ability to feel these things thanks to their creator 

but what does it mean to feel them

i keep wanting to portray Dia as this serious robot who takes their job seriously but i can’t stop myself from making them adorable as fuck in their interactions with people
