whenever I watch any lord of the rings content, I’m impressed by the enthusiasm of the orcs at their jobs. Orc armies must have top levels of employee engagement for how jocular and gleeful the orcs are loading trebuchets, menacing villagers, and charging off to die for some fuckass reason I wish I had that kind of motivation. rewatching the 2000s miniseries abt Elizabeth I starring The Most British Looking Woman in the World and Fuckass Hair Tom Hardy and it’s fucking beautiful how they took this legendary story, winged it in a way that is completely foreign and artificial to tv standards currently, but is so beautiful and stylized and dramatic. And is SO much art. I rly ate w this being baby first hyperfixation!!!
