1 🍪 COOKIE REVEAL! Our December's cookie is called -- The Salty Sea Turtle! Our 🐢 loves swimming in the salted caramel sea with foamy marshmallow waves. A delicious twist on your classic turtle flavors. 

We paired Valrhona's gourmet baking chocolate with delicious salted caramel, and fluffy, hand-crafted marshmallows. Then we topped it off with a drizzle of smooth caramel, our local Texas pecans, and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt.

2 🍪 Our final layer of flavor is Smoked Sea Salt. The smoked sea salt adds a dimension and balance to the cookie that you won't get out of store bought cookies or mixes. Salt magnifies flavor by enhancing the natural taste of each ingredient.

3 🍪 It's the season for pecans! So we had to include it in our December's cookie. These local Texas pecans are the freshest pecans you'll ever taste. We receive them freshly shelled and pack them right into your box.

4 🍪 Today we're adding super delicious marshmallows to the list. These aren't your typical supermarket marshmallows either. We use hand-crafted, gourmet marshmallows that are made with all-natural ingredients and no yucky preservatives. These marshmallows are good enough to eat on their own, but even more awesome inside our December's cookie.

5 🍪 Organic cane sugar and organic brown sugar is today's ingredient hint! We strive for the best ingredients we can find that will give us the mouthwatering cookies you deserve. The organic sugars give our cookie a very refined taste.

6 🍪 The next ingredient in our delicious December cookie is: CARAMEL! We top off the cookie with a drizzle of silky smooth caramel. This drizzle enhances the caramel notes from within the cookie itself.

7 🍪 This cookie will feature two of  Valrhona's finest artisan chocolates. The first one is Valrhona's CARAMÉLIA 36%, a super smooth, super silky milk chocolate with a hint of caramel flavor. To balance out the sweetness, we also added Valrhona's ÉQUATORIALE DARK 55% which has deep, but ultra-refined cocoa notes. These two chocolates intertwine to give the cookie layers upon layers of flavor with every bite.
