It’s 12:46am on a Wednesday.

I worry that it really isn’t authentic. Perhaps I’m missing something. Things have shifted; things have improved. 

I have this crushing feeling that perhaps I’ve finally gotten there. I’m living where I want to live, loving who I want to love, and making money in a way that actually helps people. What if this isn’t real? Worse.

My eyes are wide open in bed. The cheap plastic blinds only cut out some of the city light. My eyes are wide open.  As I stare at the slits of the morning, I’m forcing back the weight of my worried eyes. 

It’s 2:03am on a Wednesday. Much worse. What if this is fleeting?
