i discovered that there were signs that carol would kill for the ones she loves pretty much since day one. in s2, when sophia got lost, she confessed that she'd pray often to see ed die. in a deleted scene for s3 she told merle she'd slit his throat if he tried to hurt daryl. these are the examples that came to my mind, but there might be more. just wanted to share this "parallell" with you!

whoa, thanks for telling me! i hadn’t noticed that. it’s very interesting to be honest. but i don’t know though, maybe they’re trying to make us think that she truly is the killer by having planted all those little scenes that may suggest she is, and it ends up being someone else. i don’t want to start speculating because my brain will catch on fire if i start overthinking lol so i want to see it all unfold rather than analyze everything. anyway, thanks again for sharing this!

the fandom also apparently forgot that shane tried to rape lori. they always make women the villains and ignore the bad stuff about the men. FOR FUCK'S SAKE, PEOPLE JUSTIFY THE GOVERNOR'S ACTIONS. we complain about the treatment the writers give the ladies of the show, but the fandom does just the same. if that isn't problematic, i don't know what is.
