We’ve chosen the prompts from those submitted to us so as to speed the process along and give everyone plenty of time to create. And we’ve also got extras for artists, as well as a few song prompts.

ANYONE! Writers, giffers, manip-ers (?), fan artists smol and toll. We welcome fan fiction, gifsets, manips, fanart, fanmixes, …

Can days be combined?

YES! Reconnecting with future AU? Or innovation and fairytale? All joking aside, you can combine whichever prompts you’d like.

Can I create work for both the artists prompts and the writer prompts?

ABSOLUTELY YES!

Can I use the artists prompts for a fic, or the writer prompts for art work?

GO CRAZY!

If I want to contribute something do I have to do something for every day?

Not at all. You’re free to commit to a single day, and we will be so flipping excited to see it. The point is just to have fun with the prompts, even if it’s just the one.

Can I post a WIP that I started working on before that fits a Snowbarry Week theme?

Yes, of course! We’re not a Big Bang, or even a Mini Bang, we don’t require art or fic to have been created from scratch for exactly this week.

I’m going to be busy/out of town during Snowbarry Week. Can I post early/late?

We’d really like to avoid early posting. If you’re out of town or too busy the week itself you can always schedule posts for the correct dates.

Posting late shouldn’t be a problem. Posting Day 1 on Day 3 is also perfectly fine, just make sure we can tell which day you’re posting for, so our heads don’t start spinning.

What does free day mean?

Basically, free day is where you decide what prompt you want to do something with. As long as it’s Snowbarry (or one of its variations like Savifrost, Flashfrost, etc), you’re okay to do whatever you want. A free day in the middle of the week might also provide some much needed breathing space for all the contributors.

Also, the same as last year, our free day now doubles as an opportunity to create for any of our past prompts! If there was a prompt you didn’t manage to finish something for, or just always liked the sound of doing but missed the opportunity, we’d love to see that for this day to have a fun revival of some of the great prompts from past events.

What does [insert theme] mean?

Oh man, this is a hard one to answer. Reconnecting could be about Barry and Caitlin getting to know each other after falling out, or after drifting apart, but it could also be about reconnecting with other things in their life or even as literal as reconnecting cables on some tech as part of an action plot! We can’t tell you which roles to cast your characters in, because everyone has different interpretations. If you can justify the connection, we’re pretty sure you’re good.

Does my idea fit the theme?

Like we said above, if you can justify it, we’re pretty sure you’re good. If you’re really not sure, hit us up!

My take on the legends' love languages bc i should be studying but i dont want to

So yeah, this is what I think their love language is and why. They're all a hc so its okay if you disagree

Buckle up, folks. Bc it's a long post hehe

CHARACTERS

Sara: Acts of Service

Idk, I just think Sara loves it when people do things for her without telling her and how they can anticipate her needs.

Ava: Physical Touch

A lot of times we've seen Ava say "personal space, Gary" but with the person she loves (aka Sara), she always has her close to touch her and feel her. Also, we've seen Ava grab Zari 2.0's hand and light-touching her arm and back to comfort her and stuff so yeah.

Behrad: Acts of Service and more concretely, food

We've seen him be very passionate about cooking, how he pours his heart into it, so I feel like it makes sense that he uses his culinary skill to express his love to others.

Nate: I feel like Nate's is Words of Affirmation

He appreciates a lot when they tell him "Good job" or "I love you". I think part of it is bc of his daddy issues. He never told him he was proud of him or that he loved him so I feel like it makes sense.

Ray: Quality time for sure

He's always organising team-building exercises bc he loves spending time with his loved ones and having deep meaningful conversations.

Nora: Quality time

She became a demon just to spend time w her dad. Do I have to say more? skjdksjkdj

Gary: Physical touch or gift-giving

He always wants to feel close to people and he always tries to hug people and encourages the team to hug. Also, I feel like he's very detail-driven so I think he also loves expressing his love through well-thought-out gifts but the last one is more of a headcanon.

Zari 2.0: Quality time (and maybe gift-giving too?)

Since she's been surrounded by the media since she was a little kid, I feel like a lot of her relationships were fake. Every party, every date and every hangout was probably staged by her PR team. So I feel like when she came into the Waverider, spending time with people without it being staged and without cameras made her feel loved for the first time.

Also, I think she's one of these people that really have you in mind for everything and remembers every single detail you tell them. For example, if you have an important appointment at the doctor or an important exam or smth, I feel like she would be the first one to ask how it went. Or to buy you a special type of chocolates just bc you said that you liked them once in a conversation from months ago and she just happened to walk past a pastry shop and saw them.

Charlie: Physical touch

It's canon that she has feelings for Z and we can see how, unlike the other members of the team, she's always around her, invading her space. I don't really have any other reason why I think it. I just know kskssjk

Zari 1.0: Physical touch

Knowing Z's background, I feel like she's always been a distant person (emotionally and physically) and I don't know, I feel like with her sarcasm and jokes, she pushes people away and ofc, who would want to hug someone who just made a sarcastic comment on you? It's like she lives in a bubble, and when she sees someone approach it way too much (physically and emotionally), she throws those not v nice comments on their face so they pull away and she can protect herself from another loved one leaving her (like Amaya) or dying (like her family).

Astra: Physical touch with Acts of Service as a close second

The bestie has been raised in Hell, she is def touch-deprived sskskskks. Also, we can see it w Spoons. All their light touching, that hug in the s6 finale. And if you pay attention to her scenes, when what she's saying is important or like, she wants to get the other person the message, she reaches for their arm (yall can see it specially w Spooner in 6x14 and by the end of 7x05 with the rock scene)

Also, I feel like she worries a lot about being helpful to the team. I think she's afraid they'll kick her out or smth if they stop seeing her as useful. That's why she hurt herself in 7x01, trying to fix the ship all by herself like she confessed in the next ep. So yeah.

Spooner: Physical touch

Same reason as I said with Astra. When she was sad her mom had to leave, she just went into Astra's arms with a grasp that looked like her life depended on it. Also, we can see in The Ex-factor, how when she's watching the show, she's sitting next to Ava, and by the end of it, she's sitting on the floor, to be closer to her. ksksksksk

RELATIONSHIPS

Steelatom (Words of Affirmation x Quality Time)

I find this relationship so interesting.

From Nate's pov, I think he felt attracted to befriend him bc of how emotionally available he is. He doesn't have any trouble with talking about his emotions and that is exactly what Nate needs. He also helps him to open up

From Ray's pov, apart from them sharing a lot of common hobbies, I feel like Nate is a people's person. He loves to do different activities and idk, I just think that they fit so well together.

Zarlie (Physical touch x Physical touch)

I already said that Z lives in some kind of bubble that when she sees people standing too close, she tends to push them away. But with Charlie, apart from her being as reckless as they come, she didn't mind her sarcastic comments. Actually, it was all part of their game. So Z just let her, since it was their whole dynamic. But what she didn't realise is that slowly and with a steady hand, Charlie slithered into Zari's reinforced wall of defences, and when she realised, it was too late to stop it now (not that she wanted to anyway hehe)

Esperastra (Physical touch x Physical touch)

Physical touch x physical touch. Also the perfect match. They know each other so well on a much deeper level than they realise,, it astounds me so much. With the hug, where no words were needed, all their light touching to make sure the other one is okay, and their repeated "I got you".. They have me on a chokehold but what else is new. And seeing how both of them were raised in a, let's just say, not very loving environment,, they are perfect for each other. Cause they don't know how to handle having someone that fits them like clockwork but at the same time, they know exactly what the other one needs.

Caitlin Snow is out of town for Valentine’s Day. So, her boyfriend, Barry Allen, sends her with a valentine’s gift to open since they’ll be apart for the holiday. He asks her to record her reaction to opening her present, but little did she know it was all a part of a grander plan.

The Morning After

Domestic!Snowbarry

Set after they’ve been dating for a while, the morning after their first night together.

Rated: T/M

He marvels at how happy she looks as she bustles about his kitchen. Wearing one of his dress shirts-which hangs to her mid-thighs—and with her light brown hair piled up in a messy bun on top of her head, she looks effortlessly beautiful, mostly due to the smile that hasn’t left her face since she woke up in his arms.

“Hey, mister, get to work,” she says, bumping him playfully with the metal whisk, “If you think for one second that I’m going to cook all this breakfast myself, you’re crazy. The only thing I can cook is waffles. From the box.” She picks up the waffle mix and glances at the instructions for a moment before cracking two eggs into the mix.

Obediently, Barry moves toward the fridge to get sausage, not taking his eyes off Caitlin. She’s humming to herself as she mixes the waffle mix, a smudge of the white powder on her nose. She pauses her humming for a moment to peer into the waffle batter, her brow furrowed as she tries to get all the lumps out.

She feels his eyes on her and looks up at him, smile still radiating off her face, and Barry suddenly wants—needs—to kiss her. He’d kissed her all last night, but he wants to do it again. He wants to do it over and over again and never stop.

“Get going!” she prompts, nodding at the sausages, “Those aren’t going to make themselves! And, oh, also, I’m not sure how to work your coffee maker? I dunno, it’s just a little confusing…”

He tosses the pack of sausages on the counter and gives her a lopsided grin, even though his heart is still racing from the mere sight and thought of her. “Really? Doctor Caitlin Snow can’t work a simple coffee machine?”

“Well, it’s not my fault! I don’t know why you have to have the most complicated—” she stops talking, because his mouth is on hers, interrupting her as he pushes her against the counter. The bowl of waffle batter clatters forgotten to the floor, splattering white goo everywhere. He hadn’t meant to surprise her like that, but his body seemed to take over, not allowing his mind to do any work.

She doesn’t care; she kisses him right back, hoisting herself up on the counter to get his mouth at a better angle. He moves closer to her, his tongue wrestling hers inside her mouth, and he feels her head hit the cabinet behind her. “Sorry,” he mutters, pulling back a little.

She raises her eyebrows as he does. “Really?” she says, unbuttoning the first button of her shirt, “You’re sorry?” Again, Barry marvels at how unbelievably happy her face gets as she looks at him. She unbuttons another button, and takes his wrists in her hands, guiding them up to the rest of the buttons, “Sorry for kissing me or sorry for stopping?” she asks her voice low and mysterious, but also playful. Barry takes a deep breath to stop his racing heart and racing…other region.

Tortuously slowly and deliberately, he unbuttons the next button of her shirt, exposing another couple of inches of skin. “Was last night not enough for you, Doctor Snow?”

She coaxes his own shirt off, tracing her hands down his torso as her right foot wraps around the back of his left knee, pulling him closer, “One night will never be enough for me, Mr. Allen.”

“Oh really?” His voice is teasing her, even though he’s just as desperate to have her as she is to have him. His hands move to her knees, teasing her again as he slowly traces the inside of her thigh. She lets out a small sigh as his fingers begin to move slowly up her leg, light as a feather, tickling her and causing her to grip the counter with both hands.

His calloused, warm hands graze over her hips and move up the smooth skin of her back, causing her shirt to ride up and expose her legs and stomach. He’s happy to find that she’s not wearing a bra or any underwear,and he lets his hands move to her upper back, and then to her sides, hovering a moment before coming to a rest on her breasts. His touch is deliberate but light, teasing and tickling the way he had done with her thighs.

Caitlin, breathing rather heavily with that now-familiar smile on her face, closes the space between their lips with another kiss. His hands move to the outside of her shirt as he coaxes yet another button open, his mouth moving slowly down her neck.

“Are we moving to the bedroom or…?” Caitlin mutters, arching her back as Barry’s lips suckle her collar bone.

He grunts a reply and hoists her up, turning toward the stairs and praying Joe doesn’t come home for a few hours.

When Joe steps in around noon, he finds a mess in the kitchen-the coffee pot is making weird, spitting noises, the refrigerator door had been left open, and there’s an overturned bowl of what he assumes used to be waffle batter (it’s now more of a sticky, gooey mess) splattered all over the floor. He has a moment of confusion before he hears a thump from upstairs, followed by two voices.

Feeling a little proud that Barry’s date with Caitlin obviously went well last night, but mostly embarrassed and shocked and relieved that he didn’t actually catch them together, Joe excuses himself from the house, allowing the two lovebirds to have a little privacy.

Snowbarry Headcanons 9

1. Who loves flower crowns more?

- Barry. He learned how to make them with Iris in elementary school and he’s kept it a secret (to keep from being bullied) until he started dating Caitlin when she saw one on instagram/pinterest and wanted one, and now it’s their thing.

2. Who is the one who likes to cuddle?

- Barry is a really touchy feely kind of dude, and he just loves the constant contact.

3. Who has awful taste in music?

- Caitlin. Barry has open music tastes and listens to all kinds of music, but Caitlin listens to country or indie music exclusively (or whatever Cisco plays at the lab)

4. Who is the meme lover?

- Barry, he sends them all the time and it always makes her laugh

5. How did their second date go?

- It was crashed because conveniently a meta passed by their restaurant to go after the city hall and Barry had to, obviously, go help. But it turned out alright because they went back to his/her place afterwards and just chilled, which was much better because the restaurant wasn’t really their style.

6. How many children do they want/have?

- 1-3

7. Who hides the weapons?

- They don’t use weapons but when they have kids, Caitlin does because she has Killer Frost also have a third security measure (hidden in a safe, behind a wall that only Barry and Caitlin can open via voice, and Frost encases it in ice just in case when they get older)

8. Who is the better dancer?

- Barry, he teaches Caitlin a lot of different types of dances. It became a thing throughout their relationship and for their wedding, they had a remix of all of the different dances they knew.

9. Do/Did they have a theme wedding?

- Fire and ice, respectfully to their iconic colors red and white/light blue

10. What do their parents think of them dating?

- Caitlin’s mother is happy her daughter is with someone she loves and with someone who respects her and loves her just as much, if not more. Joe was a little uncertain at first because he worried about his daughter but after she assured that she was glad they found one another (and Iris had moved on, too), Joe was the most proud father. At their wedding, he walked Caitlin down the aisle.

11. Are they a super sappy couple?

- Not in public (some exceptions), they try to be as professional as possible. But if you walk in on them while they’re alone you better be prepared for the ooey-gooey sap

12. How did they get together?

- One day Caitlin couldn’t hold in her feelings anymore and told him. Then, Killer Frost took over because Caitlin was absolutely terrified he wouldn’t like her back and she just ruined a friendship and made working together insanely awkward, and KF fled. Barry had to track her down and tell her he liked her, too, and asked her out on a date.

13. Who asked the other to get married?

- Barry. He was going to wait until their anniversary but a week before they we’re on vacation and he couldn’t wait and proposed on the beach spontaneously, surprising everyone.

14. Who stays up too late and makes stupid jokes?

- One of the countless downsides to being a speedster is a constant racing mind, and exhausted he’ll just randomly spit out stupid jokes and the two of them will laugh for a few minutes and it tends to help because he falls asleep soon after since his mind is occupied on Caitlin and her laugh instead of whatever else is going through his head.

15. Who is the nerd?

- Barry, and she’s a geek, and they rub different aspects of their respective subjects on one another.

- Barry

17. Who makes the other a flower crown?

- Barry

18. Who likes to read?

- Caitlin. Barry reads way too fast to enjoy it so sometimes he likes it when she reads to him.

19. Who bothers the other person while the other person reads?

- Barry, because he wants her to read to him. Or cuddle.

20. Who tutors the other?

- Caitlin tutors Barry, to try and help him understand more of her career. It helps a lot when they’re fighting meta’s and Barry doesn’t have to as many questions as he used to.

21. Do they have similar taste in movies?

- Yes, they both love old (romantic) movies. Sometimes rom-coms because they just end up cuddled on the couch giggling like children.

22. How do their personalities compliment each other?

- Because Barry is a speedster everything is fast paced for him, and the only time he really slows down is because Caitlin (cold) helps slow him down and chill.

23. How do they tell everyone that they are going to be having a kid/adopting a child soon?

- The second they find out/plan for it they are bursting from the seams with sunshine and they just blurt it out when they get with someone who doesn’t know because they cannot contain themselves. But Caitlin will also try to bake some treats (and give Barry a little baking lesson) for the occasion if they decide to make a party to tell everyone at once.

24. Who has better fashion sense?

- They both kind of dress the same, but Killer Frost beats both of them in the fashion department.

25. Who will punch someone out if they are rude to their partner?

- Caitlin… but more like Killer Frost because Barry nor Caitin are aggressive like that.

26. What songs do they sing together in the vehicle?

- The song they sang for karaoke, Summer Nights from Grease

27. What other couple would your otp get along with?

- (Other than Westallen vs. Snowbarry there really aren’t any ships/couples) Everyone, really, but Joe and Cecile since Joe is Barry’s father figure.

28. Who likes to prank the other?

- Barry, and he finds it much more fun because he can do it in a second.

29. Who is the one who loves to take pictures?

- Caitlin, Barry is too fast/impatient to wait for the picture and Caitlin has a great eye.

30. How would they react if they found out they were soul mates?

- Ecstatic, and wouldn’t be surprised because they always knew they were perfect for one another

31. Where would they live?

- A medium-sized house (for future kids and pets) in the city, near Star Labs as best as possible.

32. What type of dragon would they own, if they could have one?

- Fire, in case Killer Frost makes an appearance and decides to stir up havoc (havoc as in pulling a prank by freezing Barry in his spot)

33. If they were both vampires, what type of vampires would they be?

- Barry would be a vampire to suck out your energy, Caitlin would be a blood vampire

34. What would they dress up as, for Halloween?

- As each other—Caitlin as the flash and Barry as Killer Frost

35. Can they name each other’s favorite food?

- Sort of. Barry know’s Caitlin’s but it’s hard for her to remember his because it changes daily

36. Do they have pet names for one another?

- Barry LOVES petnames so he’ll call her anything, really. But, mostly baby, babe, honey, and beautiful. Caitlin, however, isn’t all that into them because her parents never really used petnames so she hadn’t of thought of them to make important. Though, since knowing Barry, she starts to use “honey” and sometimes “babe” which she’s glad makes him happy.

37. How do they cheer each other up?

- Barry will get her flowers and then cuddle with her and talk to her gently until Caitlin’s ready to open up about what’s making her upset. Caitlin will make Barry take a break (because if she doesn’t, he’ll drown himself in work) so he can mull through whatever it is and he can come to her whenever he needs to. And when they’re done, they get something to eat, or ice cream.

38. Do they show a lot of PDA?

- Not really. The most they do in public is hold hands, and if they’re in front of friends and are comfortable, maybe they’ll kiss. But most of their affection is behind closed doors when it’s just the two of them.

39. How old were they when they got together?

- In their late 20′s to early 30′s-ish

40. Who is the one that would bring the puppy home?

- Definitely Barry. He can’t refuse puppy dog eyes. Plus, unlike Caitlin he becomes completely irrational when it comes to anything cute like babies or puppies.

41. Can they do yoga couple’s poses?

- They could—they tried when Cisco dared them to—but Caitlin hates it so they don’t.

42. What is their song?

- Summer Loving from Grease

43. What does their room look like?

- It’s homey, a tiny bit messy but nothing too bad, and a tad bit of class.

44. Who would be the one to kill zombies while the other keeps them grounded?

- Both, but most likely Caitlin would kill zombies whereas Barry would keep her grounded and human.

45. Who makes the other breakfast in bed?

- Ever since Caitlin has been giving him cooking lessons, he’s been obsessed with improving so he always tries to make her breakfast in bed. Thankfully, he’s learned and she doesn’t have to sneak something else to eat while he’s not paying attention.

46. Who loves kids more?

- Barry.

47. Do either of them have a crazy ex?

- No

48. What are their favourite colours?

- Barry’s favorite is red, Caitlin’s is blue.

49. Who likes to cook?

- Caitlin. It calms her.

50. Who is the forgetful one?

- They both have pretty good memory but sometimes Barry forgets small little insignificant things.

51. Does either of them know how to fight?

- Both of them do, but Caitlin is more reliant on hand to hand combat since Barry’s speed gives him a big advantage.

52. What do they do for Valentines Day?

- They. Go. Overboard. Those two send each other so many gifts it’s insane, and they plan a whole week around it since they never knew if or when they’re going to be attacked and have to deal with a metahuman, and it’s all full of romantic gestures and outings.

53. Who swears more?

- Caitlin. She doesn’t seem like she does because she doesn’t curse at work, but at home when she’s baking and accidentally touches a hot dish… Barry has to remind her to breathe.

54. Who has the better comebacks?

- Barry thinks he dose, but really it’s Caitlin because she’s so quiet and makes sure her words matter. When she spits at you, you feel it.

55. Who would start a fight with another parent at a bake sale?

- I mean both of them are pretty level headed, but Barry would probably be the one to throw hands with another parent at a bake sale because he overheard someone making fun of Caitlin’s baking, or gets a little too protective and passionate about it all.

56. Who reads buzzfeed?

- Barry. He’s obsessed with quizzes and makes Caitlin take them after him so he can compare their results.

57. Who is the hopeless romantic?

- Barry is just… in love with love. Caitlin thought she was the hopeless romantic until she met Barry.

58. Do either of them know how to do a handstand?

- Because Iris had a gymnastics phase, Barry was dragged into it as well so he’s very flexible.

59. Who can rap better?

- Barry. Caitlin’s not bad but she’s too self conscious about it to own it.

60. Do either of them want to go sky diving?

- Neither one, really. But sometimes Barry gets a little excited and embellishes his stories a bit.

- Not really, but when they have to be, they can.

- Their favorite cuddle position is the other’s head resting on their chest.

- Barry loves Lady Gaga (if he tried to change it up, Cisco may have a fit). Caitlin really likes Sam Smith.

- Caitlin can be a little stern but for the most part they’re really into gentle parenting. As long as both parties are open and honest with each other, things should go smoothly.

- Barry.

- No, they’re really open with each other and they’re very trusting.

- Iris and Eddie, or Cisco and Kamila.

- Yes? They’re not assholes.

- If they’re having a fight, they’ll allow them thirty minutes to an hour to themselves, to think about it and work it out in their heads, but after that they talk it out and make up (usually with a cuddle fest and maybe a date night to clear everything out).

- Both, but it’s usually a metahuman who is scared and needs help.

- Barry sleeps on the left, closest to the door, and Caitlin on the right, near the window.

- They took this photo for their wedding (also because Iris wanted a serious photo since they couldn’t stop laughing and joking)

- Considering Barry has super speed, Caitlin would take up that mantle.

- Definitely Barry. He has a wide selection of music, whereas Caitlin is more into classical and softer songs.

- They watched When We First Met at Caitlin’s place, and it’s to this day on of their favorite rom-coms

- Barry jokes that he likes to see her in “nothing” (which is true), but he really likes to see her in dresses because she rarely allows herself to let loose. Caitlin loves it when he’s in his suit or sporting The Flash merch because she finds it cute and funny, and his normal outfits, but something about Barry wearing jeans and flannel-like shirts over solid colored shirts.

- Barry, or Killer Frost will.

- Late 20′s, early 30′s.

- Caitlin loves Barry’s compassion, Barry loves Caitlin’s determination.

- Caitlin sees the big picture, Barry focuses on the small details.

- Barry would write something cheesily romantic, with some jokes. Caitlin would pour her soul out but not in a fully exposing way.

- Neither of them, or else they wouldn’t have their jobs.

- Neither, but Barry always tries to win arguments so he looks stuff up on Google.

- Barry. He tries to think things through but sometimes the situation he’s put in makes him feel like he has no time (which is ironic considering his abilities), so he tends to do some things impulsively.

88. How do they comfort each other when they are helpless to do anything about the situation?

- They remind each other that they did all they could, and all that truly matters is that they’re together and they’re okay, and that their friends are alright.

89. What is an inside joke they have?

- Considering their superhero alter egos, they buy each other merchandise of their respective alter egos as a gag

90. Who makes the other smile with almost no effort at all?

- Barry. He’s just a big ball of sunshine and all he has to do is give Caitlin that smile of his and her mood immediately lifts.

- They’re really big on Christmas because they love being surrounded by friends and family, and the signature drinks and food everybody brings.

- Caitlin is more calm and collected. Barry tries his best to be, too, but sometimes he can go a little far and get too angry and lose sight of himself and she has to help bring him back.

- Sorry! They get very, very competitive while playing so they usually have to beg others to join them.

- Caitlin, when she’s working with chemicals.

- AU, Barry waits in the car while Caitlin/Frost robs the store.

- Sam Smith, or Adele.

- Barry mumbles in his sleep, especially when he’s stressed.

Domestic!Snowbarry

Set after they’ve been dating for a while, the morning after their first night together.

Rated: T/M

Tortuously slowly and deliberately, he unbuttons the next button of her shirt, exposing another couple of inches of skin. “Was last night not enough for you, Doctor Snow?”

She coaxes his own shirt off, tracing her hands down his torso as her right foot wraps around the back of his left knee, pulling him closer, “One night will never be enough for me, Mr. Allen.”

“Are we moving to the bedroom or…?” Caitlin mutters, arching her back as Barry’s lips suckle her collar bone.

He grunts a reply and hoists her up, turning toward the stairs and praying Joe doesn’t come home for a few hours.
