I think we could be looking at a similar situation to the Lodge scenes. Aaron’s going to find out a few bits and pieces, then have the bright idea of confronting John about it when they are away from the village, like when he was trying to get Robert to confess about Katie etc. of course it’s all going to go spectacularly wrong, Aaron’s going to end up in danger and the only ones who are going to notice will be Mack & Robert:

I’ve said since the flash forwards aired that Mack seemed to be running out of desperation, towards something rather than running FROM someone, I just didn’t get that vibe that that was a run of “I’m running for my life” . That was 100% a “my bestie needs me” run!!

Whether it ends in John’s death or John’s arrest I don’t know, probably death as that seems to be the approach ED enjoy taking, but then there’s always potential there later on of John escaping etc. just to dump more trauma on to Aaron, which ED also seem to enjoy doing.

However it concludes I 100% want Mack to find out he wasn’t responsible for that slurry leak and making poor Harry seriously ill. And I want him alive, obvs.

How do you think Aaron finds out about John being responsible for Nate's death?

I was leaning towards him finding out with everyone else after John is arrested, or he finds out in one of ED's big showdowns.

But now I'm beginning to think that Aaron finds out about something small. Like he catches John in a lie, or finds some evidence that John has, but he figures out something is up.

I'm not sure if he confronts John or keeps it to himself until he knows more.

I’ll try and find the article later if I can but I read that Laura Shaw has said that there’s a set being built specifically for the big storyline for Mack and Aaron which is almost definitely linked (I think) to Mack’s flash forward.

Give me Mack charging into a situation to save Aaron from Sticking Plaster Johnny, (with the help of Robert of course..), finding out that he was framed for the slurry leak and hopefully not ending up with a bullet in his chest. (Or anywhere else)

I need Mack to be ok because I need ChaoticBesties Robronzie and I need several villagers (including Victoria!) to apologise to Mack and to tell him he was right all along!

Okay I’m going to need one person, JUST ONE, in the village that is pro Robert. It clearly won’t be a Dingle or Victoria. Give me someone who will scheme with Robert while he rebuilds his life and wins back Aaron.
