Okay, but what is the location?

Clearly a port town, and I assume one within 48 hours of Isla Nublar and Isla Nemesis. I assumed it was San Diego, but that's a five-day journey.

It's NOT the city Nublar operated out of, because that should be a three-hour journey, and the kids leave Isla Nemesis at night, then sail throughout the day and arrive at sunset.

I assume they made the quickest possible trip, so, what's within 24 hours of Isla Nublar? Assuming, what, 20 knots? 400-500 miles?

Somewhere in El Salvador, maybe?

There's no markings on the cop cars. Pretty sure black and white is a global standard.
