POTATO (CUT IN CUBES) 1 NOS.
CAULIFLOWER (FLORETS) 1 SMALL
CARROT (CUT IN 1 INCH PIECES) 2 NOS.
FRENCH BEANS (CUT IN 1 INCH PIECES) 50 GM
FRESH PEAS 1 CUP
OIL 3 TBSP
GINGER GARLIC (CRUSHED) 1 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 2 NOS.
GREEN CARDAMOM 2 NOS.
BLACK CARDAMOM 1 NOS.
CLOVE 3 NOS.
YOGURT 2 TBSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
GARAM MASALA/ALL SPICE POWDER 1/4 TSP
GINGER POWDER 1/4 TSP
FENNEL SEEDS POWDER 1/2 TSP
JAIPHAL JAVITRI POWDER 1/4 TSP
ROASTED MIXED NUTS (ALMONDS, CASHEW, RAISINS) 1/4 CUP FOR GARINISHING (IN CLARIFIED BUTTER)
