The fact that Patrick Swayze died before the outsider musical came out makes me extremely sad. Patrick who mother owned a dance studio who took dance lessons for years and attended the Joffrey Ballet schools. The man also worked on Broadway. Would have loved the musical. Also could you imagine him and Brent meeting. A photo of both of the Darry Curtis meetings would have been amazing.

love this deleted scene in general because i love dally and his two little brothers dynamic but what always makes me laugh is johnny trying his best to back them up 😭😭😭😭

two-bit, who only really gets angry twice in the book: when pony says johnny isn't wanted at home and when they see johnny's mom in the hospital. who, after pony says that, immediately reassures johnny that they couldn't get along without him. who physically puts himself in between johnny and his mom when she's going after him. who is the person johnny spends the night with the most often. who was ready to drive to another state to find pony and johnny. who is the only other member of the gang besides pony and dally to see johnny in the hospital. who almost cries thinking about how johnny had to live with such horrible parents. who wishes it was anyone else in the hospital and dying because he wholeheartedly believes the gang could manage losing anyone else, but not johnny.

because johnny is everyone's pet and everyone's kid brother, but he's especially two-bit's. :(
