Haven't done these in a while

Here's a complete page just filled with school doodles of Teni! Drawing with a pen absolutely helped make me less of a perfectionist and just keep drawing! I loved how everything turned out!

And this digital drawing of Teni below was cus I wanna fix the traditional doodle I made in March 12 cus I couldn't get it how I wanted it to look on paper. Also, first attempted drawing ears more realistic here:

Here's another digital drawing I started way back in 2024, August 2. Probably my first time drawing something perspective with foreshortening. I also colored this in with a lasso tool, and I also realized I don't have Teni's color palette written down in mind 0>0 I left this artwork unfinished because I was having trouble drawing her skirt in this angle

If ya'll dunno who Teni is, she was originally a character I made for a Gacha OC Challenge with my friend back in 2020, which then grew to be one of my most favorite original characters and stories! I love her so much, I already outlined her story, I just need to figure out what form do I wanna share it as 🤔

Been procrastinating this since January, and I don't know when I'll finally complete it. So, I guess I'll just post it anyway since I really love Movie Sontails, and Sonic Movie 3 was great, ye, I know I'm late, but at least this means no need for spoiler tag... probably

So, I just remembered a point in junior high or preschool, when—

My classmates thought, or at least hopefully joked, I can see ghosts...

This is because of the times when it's like I'm talking to someone when all they see is just the air... But, actually, I was just echoing the lines of Finding Nemo,

I was just muttering the thoughts in my head, I was just scratching the itch in my brain that is usually crowded with hyper-fixations of cartoon movies 24/7 because those are the things I constantly enjoy consuming and rewatching when I was young.

I'm not sure how the conversation went, but, at some point, one or some of my classmates finally questioned this behavior to me, and it was most likely me that suggested the conclusion I was talking to ghosts, and my classmates easily went along with it. Now, why did I say that instead of actually explaining what I was actually doing? Half of it was because I was embarrassed, the other half was because I was not competent enough to properly explain and convince my classmates that I was just repeating lines of movies most of them haven't heard of (at that time and culture in the Philippines), and at some point, we came to the conclusion I was crazy and talk to ghosts, to which I awkwardly and happily played along to. I remember one "ghost" I improvised seeing is some creepy spider during a casual conversation of questions about me. I knew I was lying the whole time.

I also remember a particular classmate/bully that publicly confronted my behavior. It was during dismissal – I was waiting for my service – when she spotted me talking to no one, then I ran away in embarrassment, but she caught me by the arm, and I don't remember exactly how the conversation went, but I was super uncomfortable and my classmate was giving crazy conspiracy theorist and critic, lol. It went on to the point where she gathered some classmates who haven't gotten home yet and kept interrogating me about it. She also came to the conclusion I was talking to someone at the Bahay Kubo, because she spotted me near it, – when, really, I was just pacing around the plants while voicing my thoughts, not even facing the bamboo house once – and we probably even tried checking it which was fruitless because it's untouchable property and we chicken. So, yeah, ever since that, I vaguely remember taking visits to chat in front of that Bahay Kubo as if someone is actually there listening when I know there really is not and I shouldn't have to follow someone else's claim about me that isn't actually true, but I did so anyway.

I was convinced I was a crazy kid back then, when really, I now realized, I was just committing echolalia behavior.

Drew this on Tuesday during school, so technically a school doodle for the day

I just randomly wanted to learn how to draw a cool pose while holding a gun, and then went "le gasp! Gun. Shadow. Shadow, gun!"

Here's me again, Averí! Now, finally colored in! And I had fun using the lasso tool, it's such a game changer and helped me discover a new art style!

I kept seeing this on Tik Tok, about Ben Schwartz interview with Stephen Colbert, specifically the scene when Stephen said:

"I know that Shadow falls in love with Maria."

And how the clip was cut made it seem like Ben was like "Woah, let's not say that. You're wrong.", along with comments insisting "they're siblings" or anything otherwise of Stephen's opinion/interpretation.

Me, on the other hand, wanted to see their full conversation, to which I did. Here is Ben's full reaction :

I have this annoying itch that Tails' first and only friend (at least back in the day) was Amy before drifting apart, and my shipping energy keeps making me imagine them having light crushes on each other, and when they reunite, Sonic gets a bit jealous (either to Tails or Amy, take your pick, lol)
