Honestly though, even if my university has been doing online classes for a while, I actually don't like it when it happens for longer than a week because I don't learn as much?
My parents keep telling me that I should stop complaining about it because if the university stopped online classes, I would be delayed for who knows how long. They just don't realize how much I want to actually learn, instead of trying to study everything on my own. It really sucks.
Not only that, but I'm worried for the students who aren't as well off as I am. I have a not-so reliable internet, but it's good enough to help me cope with the schoolworks, but I'm not sure about my classmates, or my fellow Mapuáns. Not only speaking financially, or internet reliability, but what about those who are struggling with mental health? What if their homes are mentally and/or emotionally draining (like my case)?
It really bothers me a lot, and I can't really say this in front of people I know because I try my best to keep a facade of being normal, and fine (seriously, I don't really have people to talk to most of the time.) I hope somehow that the university realizes this. I know other people wouldn't agree with me, and their points are valid. But I just really hope they would consider the less fortunate, in their situations right now, in this crisis.
Sorry for the rant, I needed this.
being on quarantine but still having to do uni work as if nothing was happening is like as if someone had chopped my arms off but still expected the same ammount of energy and productivity out of me

There's something so deeply evil about making fun of and blaming regular Chinese people for a virus all while they're the ones suffering through it, dying and losing family members and friends as if the victims created the virus on purpose with their own hands specifically to annoy you like if this had happened in germany or something everyone would be like #prayforgermany #iamparis like i hope you die

In this post, I list 7 of my all-time favorite apps / chrome extensions that I use daily. I hope I can help out some fellow uni students who are struggling. This might help make studying less painful and a tiny tiny bit more enjoyable.

My results are back, I failed a lot of my exams. Hard work doesn’t always pay off. I’ve been very demotivated (and sad) for the last couple of weeks because of that. Everyone always seems to do so well and very often I believe I’m just not cut out for university. That sucks! Today I’m trying to get out of bed and do something, since that has been such a thing for the last couple of weeks. For the people that are also struggling: you’re not alone, you’re smart enough, I’m here for you! It’s VERY tiring but eventually we can do it, right? :)

I feel like my life is just happening in front of my eyes but I’m too depressed to be enjoying it or taking it in. It’s just kinda happening
Hello, I’m sorry you feel this way. I think this is a part of growing up and can be really hard because you feel like you’re wasting your potential but you’re too tired to doing anything else. It’s hard when you feel you’re not where you should be, that everyone else is leaving you behind. But you’re still young, there’s still hope to completely change your life around 🌻 I think you still have time to build a warm, cozy, wholesome life for yourself. The biggest thing I’ll suggest is to do some exploring - don’t stay in one place for too long, be near nature a lot, feel everything, make new connections, try everything. Do things you wouldn’t usually do. Notice things that soothe you, even in a small way, and collect things and feelings that you love, surround yourself with sources of warmth and positivity. I think your current mindset is good in a way that it makes you braver to go out and live rather than existing. Being away from inertia and isolation will help you grow, will give you realizations about the meaning of everything, and it will make you feel like your life is more beautiful and you’re in control of it. I hope this helps 🌷✨

021320~ 3Q1920/ week 1
HENLO I AM BACK FROM THE DEAD!
So the new term has started, and I still feel tired from the last one, probably because I only had like a week to rest.
Thank God I passed all my subjects, and I'm now moving further in my majors. So far so good, and I'm very interested in my subjects this term.
Sorry for not posting in a while, I keep forgetting about this studyblr. I hope I can post consistently from now on 😅

#9 is VERY IMPORTANT! Always ask yourself why. Why are you studying, why did you choose this course, why do you wake up in the morning.
Asking why is also pretty helpful in solving math equations. Like... why did you have to add this number to that, or why did you have to integrate this value, etc. It makes you understand the concepts even better, and it also helps with retention!
Always ask yourself why!

Yooooooo hiiiiiii guys!
I'm feeling very excited for this term since I'm studying my majors now, and it's all I've ever dreamed! I'm actually applying concepts into real life, and that's my favorite type of learning. The picture is from one of my favorite classes which is circuits lab. It may seem like only connecting small wires but I'm actually having a lot of fun with it. Small pleasures I guess. Off to writing my lab report!

Hey y'all! So I've started a new term 3 weeks ago, and honestly everything feels hectic af. I'm in my majors after all, and while I've been dreaming about it for a long time now, it feels surreal to me, and I still feel very nervous!
Unfortunately, I'm staying at the hospital to look after my sister. While I'm at it, I'm just reviewing and rewriting my notes on differential equations. Had to use the bed as a makeshift table. Kinda works, but I have to admit, I do miss my old desk.
Back to studying for me!
