Most variability & replayability. My choices in this game give me so many more different scenes & dialogue than my choices in the other games. Plus you can play certain scenes as different characters depending on who's dead or alive, which adds even more variability even when it's the same scene. I have played this game SO many times and I STILL manage to find something new almost every playthrough.
No character has plot armor until a certain point in the game, they all have the ability to die prior to the last few chapters depending on your choices! (also depending on whether you're playing theatrical cut or curator's cut, as I'm pretty sure that determines whether Alex or Julia can die during the Olson chase in "Revenge")
Relationship stats actually have an effect on what dialogue or scenes you may get. In my asshole playthrough, when Conrad & Fliss had an empty relationship stat, there was an entire new scene between them after Fliss stopped him from jumping at the end of the Glamor Girl chase. It was a little sad for me as a Confliss shipper but also funny as hell and I was so excited about a whole new added scene.
Speaking of, the Glamor Girl chase scene. That's all I need to say. Iconic.
Fliss😍
It may be subtle, but each of the main characters go through their own character development! Even Alex! I might make a separate post sometime about each of the main 5's developments bc it is pretty subtle but still very much there❤️
Have I mentioned the variation and branching and replayability? Because MoM's absolutely TOPS❤️
IT'S DONE! yay ✨ The Stardew Valley bachelor/ette 12-color wheel is complete! 👏 tbh I don't know how long this took but I super enjoyed it 🥰
I don't get to work on personal art or fanarts often since I prioritize comm work, but this was nice!
Who's your fave? 💙
(Remember my comms are open btw 👉👈)
