I come home from a holiday more pale than I left 😹 I think that #sunscreen, #sleep and #water are the most important things for healthy #skin. I never leave the house without my spf 50 and always try to find some shade. I’m surprised at how many people still tan directly under the strong sun - it’s really not good for the skin.
