ahem anyway

alright i may or may not leave i mean idk but i always planned to stop posting on april 13 because that's when homestuck takes place so it would be kind of dumb to continue imo

plus like the week after i'll be busy for a long time so it's kinda convenient anyway

anyway i followed like all these rp blogs since i found dave because jfc they were the best like seriously it's like that was actually dave, sometimes i forgot it was even an rper

i only learned it was really geromytime like 10 minutes ago when i logged on to this account

i'd also like to apologize because just wow i am really sorry

i had no idea this was a private thing between her and her friend, i mean at first i thought it was but then all these trolls started cropping up and all of a sudden there was everyone!

and i just kind of watched but honestly i'm really shy so i never reached out to any of them

and the jade blog was adorbs and i was really sad when it never updated but then with like the nep and john blogs i saw that there were just new ones altogether being made?? and i was like "whoa cool people can just... join in."

and then i realized how much just.....funthat would be

i could hide behind the wall of jade because then i wouldn't be shy because i'm not really being me! it was the perfect plan. plus i mean jade wouldn't be that hard to imitate but i mean i'm sure i was decently horrible because i'm just goign to come out and say

i've never even rped before

it was in that livestream that i realized this was a terrible idea but then everyone was so welcoming, so i was like "okay maybe i am being slightly okay at this"

and just wow i read tt's post and that pretty much sums up my feelings even though mine are so dumb because it's been like two weeks but uh

i've been having a really hard year i guess irl and just pretending to be jade was wicked fun

even if it wasn't the real ME that people were excited to talk to it was still people being excited to be in my presence

and honestly pretending to be someone bubbly and adorable really actually helped me, like just getting in her mindset every day after school when i turn on my computer it's like "alright, i'm just going to look up adorable pictures and stuff and be adorable"

i never got around to doing it but i really do play bass so i was going to uh... upload "wips" of stuff because i thought it might be fun

but okay this has turned into a seriously long ramble sorry

but in general this was really fun and even though i am obviously a terrible rper and way too shy to be jade i really liked dave's blog

like i followed it even before there was rose and just woooww it was so great and i really loved watching everything progress and all the character development and it was like my babies ahh

also geromytime is the best rper because i feel like she was livestreaming and being dave at the same time or was that just me and my terrible memory?? i don't even know

but this isn't a plea for geromytime to come back that would be rude and stupid but i just wanted to say that like shit man that was great

dave felt really real and i just grew so attached to him through that likewowthat is some serious rping skill

so idk if i'll abandon this blog quite yet because being jade is a nice way to take my mind off things even if i'm just scrolling through "her" dashboard

i'm really sorry for intruding, i really am, but dstridersblog was like the coolest rp blog i ever followed seriously geromytime did such a great job
