Industry gal again, I thought I'd share my experience :

- it's fun to horrify people by talking casually about crazy stuff. One time my shirt caught on fire bc I was sawing something and the sparks kept hitting my shirt so the heat built up. This anecdote is best when mentioned completely off-handedly

- This girl would A. Actively stop me from taking a shower when coming home from work and B. Think the dark marks I would inevitably leave on her were extremely hot, so i confess, i would leave more on purpose (think steel dust handprints on the neck, arms and hips)

- it gets extremely hot in these workshops, like 35°C+ you might think with all the ventilators and air types it wouldnt get that hot, vut we had AC too and im still telling that story
