1st day back lifting. Walked for about 30 to 40 mins outside, running errands before going i to the gym.
Seated hack squat .. 1 plate to 6 plates, 1 plate inc, 10, 10, 10, 10, 8, 8
Seated Leg ext and seated calf raises super sets
Seated leg exts .. 1 plate to 3 plates, 1 plate x 10, 2 plates x 10, 2.5 plates x 10, 3 plates x 10
Seated calf raises .. more like stretches .. 3 plates to 6 plates, 1 plate inc, 10 breaths per plate
Pause squats .. 25 to 45 lbs, 10 lb inc, 10 breaths per squat
Leg curls .. 65 to 110 lbs, sets of 10, 10, 10, 10, 6, 8 and then 10 breath holds

As many of you know, a few months back insuffered a medical issue that kept me out of the gym. Yesterday was my first day back. I kept it simple, just walked on the treadmill.
I walked 3.3 miles over the course of an hour. More importantly, i was able to remain focused to actually walk that far qhile counting breaths. The goal was 1200 breaths.
I started at 2.7 mph and worked my way up to 3.5 mph roughly every 100 to 200 breaths.
