Wyatt: I was talking to one of the other male gymnasts.

Wyatt: Now what's going on with you, I'm getting worried now. Like really worried. You know you can talk to me,

Layla: ...why are you talking to them?

Layla: Nothing is going on Wy...if there was something going on then I'd talk to you obviously. But there isn't, why does everyone think there's something going on?

Tired didn’t quite cover how Brooks was feeling that day. He’d been yawning his way through classes all morning, and even now at lunch he was aching for his bed. But given his antics, he’d decided that skipping school might not be the best idea. So instead he just decided to pop off campus for lunch for a break, hoping that being out of that place would wake him up. It was on his way back with a huge cup of coffee - which really wasn’t good for his already hyperactive self - that he ran into a familiar face. “I’m heading back to school I swear!” 

Layla had stopped off in the coffee shop to refill her water bottle, finding it easier to do her cardio outside of the gym. If that helped her avoid the ever present eyes of her father and the threat of the scale, she was all for it. She raised her eyebrows when she spotted Brooks, a faux stern expression on her face as she deepened her voice and stood behind him. “Aren’t you supposed to be in school young man?” She laughed at his reaction, holding her stomach as she got the uncontrollable giggles. “Oh my God, are you really that scared about being caught out of class?”
