I’ve been pretty consistent with my eating. I need to make sure that I am being mindful of what I’m putting into my body.

Wow I gained WEIGHT. But I’m going to try to lose it and get healthy. I need to focus more on myself and how I feel rather than eating for convenience. I need to be more conscious about my choices.

Lmaooo.
capricorns are probably great in relationships but we'll never know because if someone shows interest in them they shut down and forget all basic concepts of human emotions and relationships if the person doesn't meet their incredibly ridiculous standards but if they're interested in someone they'll chase after them like a prize only to forget about them anywhere from a week to a month later
Yikes

Lmao. I really did not do this. At all.

Over the past couple months I have lost an alarming amout of weight. At least to me it’s alarming. But. Im going to take this as an opportunity to turn it into a change in lifestyle. I am going to do a cut this month. And then begin a lean bulk. And do it slowly while still trying to encourage fat loss. I think my primary focus for the next month is to familiarize myself with IIFYM and how I can do that with how I live my life now. And change accordingly. And when I begin the bulk I’ll adjust my macros probably increase my protein to support the muscle gain. And roll and stretch for recovery. I’m excited. I think this will be a good change for me. I need it.

I have gained weight. My diet has been poor but I'm back at where I was before Kevin so I'm solid. I'm at 140 rn. I have more muscle and I look less like a stick. But my core is getting chubby cause I always skip abs.

I'm gaining a little weight but somehow still losing physical mass. I'm getting skinnier. Ugh this wasn't how I wanted it to go. But it is. 👌🏽

I have 4 months of lifting to increase my ass mass to nearly half. Hopefully flatten my stomach a little more. And increase my lats, and tone up my shoulders. Starting Monday? Or tomorrow depending what time I get home. I'm going to train legs 3 days a week. Monday Thursday and Saturday. Each day I train legs I'll do abs. So, my ideal split Monday: legs and abs Tuesday: shoulders and triceps Wednesday: rest Thursday: legs and abs Friday: back and biceps Saturday: glute isolation, abs and 20 min cardio Sunday: rest. I'm not too keen on the idea of cardio. Not because I don't like it. But because I've lost so much weight already there's not much left for me to lose. I'd rather lift heavy and add mass than lean out more.

I am currently at 133lbs. Which would be good if I had worked to lose the weight, but I didn't. I lost it in an unhealthy way. And I want to run right now but I'm pretty sure it's not a smart idea.
