Defines,

Type α (alpha) Catafactors as weapons and abilities with the sheer power required to obliterate the average earth sized planet or equivalent,

Type β (beta) Catafactors as weapons and abilities with the sheer power required to seriously damage and collapse an average country or equivalent,

Type γ (gamma) Catafactors as weapons and abilities with the sheer power required to seriously damage and collapse an average city,

Type Δ (delta) Catafactors as weapons and abilities with the sheer power required to level a building,

Type ε (eta) Catafactors as weapons and abilities with destructive power that is not enough to concern the average nation with catafactors at their disposal,

Type Ω (omega) Catafactors as tools and abilities with unnatural and highly effective properties but which do not have any destructive potential,

Type λ (lambda) Catafactors as weapons, tools and abilities with unnatural properties but which by their very nature resist classification,

Notes,

That while catafactors are generally defined by their destructive potential that does not have to be their only or even primary use and that they are only defined that way because their destructive aspects are what concerns the Security commission.

Alarmed by,

By the egregious violations of national sovereignty all around the world,

Deeply disturbed,

By the lack of action made towards correcting this,

Taking into consideration,

The lack of ability to secure their own sovereignty displayed by many nations,

The General Assembly hereby:

Has resolved,

To insure nations have the power to defend themselves from threats,

Affirms,

The commitment of the UN to the safety and security of the world,

Authorizes,

The Secretary-General to create a Security committee which has the express purpose of analysing the status of national sovereignty in all countries,

Authorizes,

Nations to retaliate against threats which aren't other nations with the intent of insuring their national sovereignty,

Authorizes,

The use of Type Ω and γ Catafactors for the purposes of preventing 'natural disasters' not of natural origin,

Condemns,

The use of Type Ω, γ and higher level Catafactors for the purposes of war between nations and,

Expresses its hopes,

For a more stable world where self-determination reins supreme.
