It is a privilege to pray for you 😌 I thank God for this season of your life that is an opportunity for greater trust and dependency on Him! This verse came to my mind:

”And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.“ Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬

I pray that you will be able to discern the job that God has for you in this upcoming season and I pray that He covers you with His favor and grace. May you give Him thanks in advance for what He has for you! I pray that you would enter your new job with the light of Christ shining from within you, so that your coworkers may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven (Matt. 5:16) Amen 🤍

progress can come in so many forms.

forming a routine. getting more sleep. showering more often. eating more than one meal a day. finishing an assignment on time. allowing yourself to take breaks when you need them. drinking more water. going outside more. spending more time socializing. not going to events that are draining. cleaning the dishes before they pile up.

some things seem like little steps that we barely acknowledge, but every one of them is a part of progress.

The Lord is so timely, I was literally walking into my room still meditating in my mind about my past sin and when I read this quote I was reminded of the truth that He has forgiven me! ❤️

I repented and asked for forgiveness already, now it’s time to walk in the forgiveness that He has given me.

By continuing to meditate on my sins with no game plan for change and not refocusing my mind on His word and truth I am opening myself up to shame, guilt, regret, anxiety etc. I am making room for the enemy to keep me bound mentally and eventually physically.

I share this to encourage someone that the only thing the enemy has on you is your past and because of Jesus he can’t find you there no more!! Focus on the present and future that the Lord has for you because you are free in Jesus’ name and the truth of His word is that you are a new creation in Christ!

We Know Satan will attack weak spots first. Forty days of fasting left Jesus famished, so satan began with the topic of bread. Jesus’s stomach was empty, so to the stomach Satan turned. Where are you empty? Are you hungry for attention, craving success, longing for intimacy ? Be aware of your weaknesses. Bring them to God before Satan brings them to you.
