Mimi exists in a nebulous lgbt state where she could easily be multiple identities, and different ones feel more or less right depending on what I think is funny, what works best, what ensures she is shipping the most tropey ship in something, etc. Rachel, however, has always been trans and bisexual. Had to think about this really hard. I think these shows definitely have themes that are relevant to Mimi's character, but also she is addicted to YA slop and things in a similar vein with characters she can ship/easily fit into tropes and so on, so I am (very tentatively) going to say she would be more inclined to watch something like the Owl House and go "wow!!! Luz is literally me!!!" than try to examine herself through the lens of a cruel show like Alien 9. Also, there is too much violence for her in them...
