i’m realizing that i have so much time. i have time to grow my hair long. i have time to cut it all off and then to grow it back again. i have time to discover new hobbies and give up on things that no longer serve me. i have time to grow and change and travel and change my opinions and live differently than how i am now. i have so much time. take a deep breath and slow down

Coriander leaves(Coriandrum sativum) which is commonly used in South Asian cuisines has roughly 1246 mg of Calcium per 100g. Daily calcium requirement for adults is roughly 2,000 mg. Few people find the taste of Coriander 'soapy' or bitter, which is due to presence of genetic variation in them that codes for a olfactory receptor that can detect the compounds present in Coriander which make them taste soapy!
