it is very hard to have five as your favorite character because the assumption is that he is your favorite because you are attracted to him. when in reality you just want to watch an elderly child commit violent murder and love his siblings

No, you know what, I'm not done talking: I hate how obvious it is that every choice made with Lila and Five in S4 was all so they could end up together.

Did you watch any of the s4 interviews? Every time Steve Blackman opens his mouth my brain goes "this is a fucking lie". Like he talks so much about all these great character arcs and moments and I'm like, where??? And he says some people will love it, some people will hate it, and that he's looking forward to hearing everyone's opinions. And then he went and deleted all comments that aren't glowing praise, and blocked people left and right.

Good for you to stick to your vision I guess, Steve. Just don't be a coward and face our criticism.

That being said I am aware he keeps deleting all the hate comments and talking up how many fans love the season and… why??? Is he trying to save face to Netflix or something? This season was awful and I haven’t seen a single person who genuinely enjoyed it. Netflix has to know by now, and I sure hope they do

yet another season four complaint, but why did they seem to completely forget Viktor played the violin and that that was like, a major aspect of his personality and life

back when he originally thought he had no powers he taught violin lessons and played in an orchestra ALL DAY, every day.

and now he’s suddenly a bartender and never mentions violin at all, much less plays it

I really wish there was a way to hold the writers accountable for season 4 of umbrella academy. I’m not talking vigilante justice or anything, but they need to know how badly they messed up and what they’ve ruined for us. They’ve made the ENTIRE show, ALL seasons, essentially unwatchable. They’ve butchered characters we know and love. And they don’t care - they think they’ve done an amazing job and are sitting happily on their millions of dollars
