@staff Not much help on the FAQ except to make a new blog. Why can't we update our password from the app??? I'm logged in here but can't get access on my laptop. I've built this blog up and love the community but I don't think I want to start another blog. I'm quite upset at this.

Process this. Lay it out. Woman went to festival. Woman was dancing. Man said nothing, just started dancing on her. Woman said no. Woman literally got her head blown off. The man was so bothered by the idea that he was not wanted or needed in her space, so he killed her. If you move around these facts at all to try and justify her death….You’re a part of the problem. But you don’t have to be.

I completely agree with this post! I've not been diagnosed yet but healthy poops are the best!

I know this is very TMI but I had a perfect poo day today. No gas, no bloating, no pain, no diarrhea. Just nice solid healthy poos.This is a lot for someone with IBS/IBD. Don’t take your poos for granted kids. Bowel health is so underestimated but it is so so so important. Happy poos everyone 💩💩
