Summary: Wilson brings his baby daughters, Lily and Daisy, to Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital for the first time. The proud father introduces them to his colleagues, receiving warm reactions and even a rare moment of sentiment from Dr. House.

James Wilson had seen his fair share of drama in the hospital, but nothing quite like this. As he stepped into Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, his twin baby daughters, Lily and Daisy, nestled securely in the double stroller, he couldn't help but feel a mix of pride and anxiety. It was their first visit to his workplace, and he was eager to introduce them to his colleagues, especially House.

The hospital was buzzing as usual, patients and doctors alike moving through the hallways with a sense of urgency. Wilson maneuvered the stroller carefully, trying to avoid bumping into anyone. He spotted Cuddy near the nurses' station and waved.

"Wilson, what are you doing here with those two little ones?" Cuddy asked, a smile spreading across her face as she approached.

"I thought it was time to show off my girls," Wilson replied, beaming. "Lily and Daisy, meet Dr. Cuddy. She's the boss around here."

Cuddy crouched down to the girls' level and cooed, "Aren't you two just adorable! You're lucky to have such a great dad."

Wilson's heart swelled with pride. "Thanks, Cuddy. It's been quite an adventure."

As they chatted, House appeared out of nowhere, leaning on his cane. "What's this? Wilson brought his personal soap opera to work?"

"House," Wilson sighed, rolling his eyes. "Meet Lily and Daisy."

House peered into the stroller, his expression unreadable. "Twins, huh? I give them two years before they start conspiring against you."

Wilson chuckled. "They're already plotting, I'm sure."

House's eyes softened for a brief moment as he looked at the girls. "They've got your eyes, Wilson. Good luck."

"Thanks, House," Wilson said, genuinely touched by the rare display of sentiment.

The rest of the day was a blur of introductions and cooing colleagues. Wilson's daughters were the stars of the hospital, bringing smiles to everyone's faces. Even the grumpiest doctors couldn't resist their charm.

As the day wound down, Wilson found himself in the hospital's garden, the twins napping peacefully in their stroller. He took a deep breath, savoring the quiet moment. This was his life now, a delicate balance of professional duties and fatherhood. It was challenging, but he wouldn't have it any other way.

And as he looked at Lily and Daisy, he knew that no matter what the future held, they were his greatest accomplishment.
