Anything is physically possible
Law of assumption continues to amaze me. Just when you think something isn’t physically possible, something wild happens.
So, it started storming the other day. The power went out everywhere in my town. My boyfriend, Mick, and I were stuck in my house, hot and soaked (we’d been walking outside earlier).
The whole time Mick and I were curled up on the couch and then chilling in the basement, I kept rampaging in my mind, “the power is back on.” That was it. That simple affirmation.
About an hour later, Mick looks outside and points out to me that it was raining everywhere aside from my house. I looked and he was right. Every other place around me was being rained on, meanwhile the sun was shining down on my place, no rain whatsoever.
Also, shortly after (or maybe it was shortly before the rain stopped pouring on my house), the power came back on. And looking at the other places, it looked like mine was the only one that got power back. Even Xfinity was still notifying me that my internet was still being worked on…it was working just fine.
LOA is a very real, non hocus-pocus thing. Certain people will try to bring it down and act like it isn’t real or isn’t worth consciously doing. But, once you know about it, even if you’re someone who overthinks or gets anxious, you can truly change your life and wow yourself everyday.

stop obsessing over movement. you asked for the whole cake, not its breadcrumbs
it’s not what you asked for. stop viewing it as a process, accept it as a reminder.

i’ve said it (more than) once, and i’ll say it again. that “movement”, the “signs” you see are not what you asked for. it’s motivating, but it’s not what you want. it’s not the WHOLE thing.
when you order a whole cake at a bakery, and the worker gives you just a slice, instead of being all “omg thank you!! it’s a sign of what im trying to manifest!! it’s working!! its movement!!” just say “okay? but it’s not what i asked. i said i have so and so, and that’s it. it’s done.”
when you’re manifesting a SP to text you, and you get all excited because they glanced at you once all day, you’re telling yourself “it’s movement, it’s a sign, etc” you are AFFIRMING that what you have isn’t the whole thing. it’s why most get demotivated after a sign, and end up not seeing any for a long while.
don’t also fall down the rabbit hole where if you get movement, you won’t get the whole thing. the whole point is to acknowledge the fact you have your ENTIRE desire, not just bits and pieces. like, okay, sure. there’s movement, whatever. i have what i want, and that’s that.
never settle for less, it’s that simple.

“Should I believe?”
Nope.
Wow. Again, after learning about LOA for over 8 months, I had another revelation (thanks to Sammy Ingram). In her latest video, she talks about how believing when you manifest isn’t necessary. It’s not “decide, believe, receive,” it’s “decide, receive, believe.” Why? Because you’re not going to believe it’s possible until you manifest the certain thing you want for the first time.
This is so interesting because my original thought was that you don’t have to believe it’s true but at least believe it’s possible. So, I’ve sat here trying to convince myself that what I want is possible to get; that it’s possible for me to be that person who has the thing I want. But, turns out, you don’t. Because, again, like Sammy said, you most likely won’t believe it’s possible until you first get it.
That means all you have to do is affirm and act as if you’re the person who has what you want. No feelings involved. No belief involved. Just persistence; consistently telling yourself that you have what you want. It’s even okay if you waver as long as you fight off those feelings with what you want to be true. Manifesting is that simple.
Here’s an example: think of an actor. Does the actor believe that they’re now the character they’re playing? No. All they have to do is act the part and say the lines to step into that part. Going back to my restaurant analogy, do you have to convince yourself that they’re going to give you what you ordered? No. I originally thought you had to believe in it being possible - I take back what I said. But, again, you’re not going to fully trust that it is until you yourself get it.

"Do THIS if you're not seeing any movement"
No. Don't do another technique (unless you really want to). Why? Because there is always movement.
If you've already made your assumption, movement is already happening, whether you can see it or not. The only reason it wouldn't be happening is if you made a new assumption that goes against the assumption you already made. Even when you're feeling sad or doubtful, you are still guaranteed to get your manifestation.
Just because you aren't seeing movement doesn't mean you're doing something wrong and nothing's happening at all. So, it's not necessary to implement a new - or another - technique.
If you feel like you're having a hard time getting into or keeping yourself in the state of mind where you have what you want, then doing another technique might help. But is it necessary? Absolutely not. Don’t pressure yourself.
I know it can feel hard, but try to avoid checking for movement. Instead, tell yourself that movement is already happening (because it is) and that you already have the things you wanted. That reassurance helps.

The tense used to affirm doesn’t matter
When you affirm, it does not matter if you word it in the past, present, or future tense. That might sound confusing at first since LOA is assuming you have it now and not focusing on the past or future. BUT, let me give examples as to how each tense can be used, because we manifest in different tenses all the time.
Let’s say you’re manifesting your SP - your coworker, Billy - to be your best friend.
Past - “Billy and I became best friends.” Past tense is great because it is very much implying it’s already been done. It’s used that way to revise your past. It might feel more natural for you to say it this way in case you’ve felt like you’ve been waiting for your manifestation.
Present - “Billy and I are best friends.” Present tense implies it’s true and it’s happening at this very moment. You hear present tense most often when, because it can be a good way of wording it to trick your subconscious into believing you have it now. But, some people struggle with present tense wording when they’re seeing something different in their 3D.
Future - “Billy and I are going to be friends.” Future tense still lays down the fact that you are going to get it. When you understand manifestations are instant and guaranteed, it doesn’t matter that you’re saying you don’t have it…yet. If this doesn’t seem like it’ll work, think about how you say things like, “I’m going to sleep in 5 minutes,” and “I’m going to have a great day.” And then you do fall asleep 5 minutes later and you do have a good day. It’s different than saying “I hope I fall asleep in 5 minutes” or “I hope I have a good day,” which implies you might not get it and that you don’t fully trust that you will.
In my own personal experience, I’ve used every single tense and you definitely have too, even when you don’t consciously realize it. When I consciously manifested my good friend, Gary, I always used future tense: “He’s going to talk to me.” When I consciously manifested my house, I always used present tense: “The house is mine.” When I revised my past relationship, I always used past tense: “We never dated.” See? All different manifestations that were successful with every different tense.
I’ve noticed some people in the LOA community tend to gate keep when it comes to what tense affirmations should be worded in. But, it really doesn’t matter. There’s no rule against what tense you word your affirmations in. Plus, it’s been talked about that when you’re on a time crunch (needing a manifestation by a specific time), you can affirm that through future tense. Use it to your advantage. Word your affirmations however feels most comfortable for you.

When the unfavorable circumstances are mentioned
As someone who has tried to manifest and then something related to the unfavorable circumstances is brought up, I want to discuss why this might be happening. I never see any manifestation coaches or content creators discuss it, so I want to, in case it's something you've had to deal with too.
Well, if this is happening, then you most likely haven't fully manifested your desire yet. You made the decision but didn't instantly get on the bridge of events leading you to your manifestation. Seeing as how your reality reflects you, you're most likely dealing with doubts and insecurities deep down. You're missing the confidence that you already have your manifestation.
So, when you're directly approached by someone who mentions something related to your undesired circumstances because they know you and your current situation, how do you react? Particularly if you can't tell them your real answer because they'll spread the word or won't believe you? In my personal experience, I give vague answers or just don't respond to what I'm being told. Then, in my mind, I'll affirm a revision (which I'll explain in detail later) and what I know to be true. The last thing I want is to feed too much into my 3D circumstances and act as if it's what's actually true.
Or, depending on the situation, you can fight back on what the person is trying to say. For example, when I was manifesting my house, my mom kept saying things like, "Don't get your hopes up." I just fought back by saying, "I know the house is mine." She already knew I wanted the place, so me affirming what's true out loud doesn't come across as "fibbing."
If they don't know you at all, don't know you well enough to claim you're "fibbing," and/or won't spread the word about your manifestation, then absolutely talk about what you have with this person. It helps normalize your manifestation little by little. I've done this before with customers at my job, coworkers I'm acquaintances with, etc.
But, the best thing to do is prevent yourself from being asked about circumstances in the first place. How do we do that? There are a few ways we can approach it:
Revision - I love revision. It has helped me so much. When it comes to circumstances and bad past experiences, I highly recommend that you revise them. Let's say you confessed your feelings to your SP in the past, he turned you down, and you told all your friends. Revise it by affirming that you never confessed to your SP. You can do this before you manifest your desire or affirm the revision in your mind to dodge unfavorable. Doing it beforehand will help prevent it altogether. Doing it as a way of dodging circumstances being brought up makes it stop. If bad circumstances or situations were never a thing in the first place, no one can talk about them.
Avoid being doubtful - This is a given. If you're able to have confidence and certainty right away, then circumstances being brought up won't be a worry for you. Being doubtful and wavering are always things you want to avoid (or try your best to avoid) when you want to manifest something. From my own experience, I was confident I'd do well on a test and that confidence made my parents stop nagging me to study for it. Be that person who knows they already have what they want. That's the state of mind you want to be in.
Block out and avoid the negative - Before you even start affirming your specific manifestation, try to keep yourself away from negative situations and circumstances, if you feel you can. Block out what might be unfavorable and might lead to a bad situation. Don't force anything, either. Affirm other, better things that might help your other manifestation come quicker. I'll give an example. Let's say you want a promotion. Avoid doing things that could potentially get you written up, but also don't feel like you need to push your boss to promote you. Use an umbrella affirmation, like, "my life is wonderful" or "nothing unfavorable ever happens to me."
Also, never ever forget that circumstances don't matter. Doesn't matter what's going on. Doesn't matter what happened in the past. When you successfully manifest, you have it right away and are being lead to it as quickly and smoothly as possible by the world around you. But, if you feel unsure, if you're feeling bothered, if you tend to overthink, these are good ways of avoiding unfavorable circumstances being shoved in your face.

Being "Delusional"
I realized that I'm starting to hate the way this term is normally used. Why? Because it pushes the idea that you wanting cooler, better things for yourself isn't realistic and that it's not possible for you to get what you want. That's such a shitty thing that's been pushed onto almost all of us for years now. This is why learning about law of assumption is so important and life changing.
You know what is delusional? Your worries and doubts. Think about how often we form negative stories in our minds about something that hasn't even happened. Like, you're starting a new job and you're telling yourself, "My coworkers will think I'm annoying." You haven't even gone into work yet and you're already assuming the worst. That is how bad things manifest themselves into your life. You think of an unfavorable story and then it becomes true. That's why it sucks when you're someone who struggles with anxiety or someone who's pushed to worry a lot about circumstances and situations.
This is why you should start manifesting better things for yourself. You're not delusional for wanting a big house, an attractive celebrity, a high-paying job in Hollywood, etc. Expand your imagination and figure out what you want for yourself. Then decide, "This is what I want" and trust that it is 100% possible for you to get, no matter what the world may be telling you.
We feed our minds negative delusions so frequently. If it is so easy to envision and manifest negative things, then it is just as easy to manifest positive things. It's sad how normalized it's become that you have to settle for what you believe your worthy of and what seems "most realistic." You don't. You've never had to.
Never let people tell you you're "delusional" for wanting something. In fact, prove them and yourself wrong. That person is a reflection of your doubts. You achieving the best for yourself is squashing those doubts manifesting themselves into what that person is saying. You've got this. Never forget that.

Repetitively affirming isn't necessary
I need this reminder, and you might need it, too. A lot of coaches and content creators pitch the idea of repeating affirmations to saturate and help reprogram your mind. I've done it for a couple of manifestations now and it can definitely help, which is why I've talked about it here on my blog. However, when you're doing it so frequently, it can feel tiring, like you're experiencing burnout. I know this because I myself have been experiencing it lately and realized that this is definitely not how I'm supposed to feel.
Think of all the times you've made a decision, only stated it one time, and then it came to fruition. Or how you might've rampaged for only 5 minutes and then you manifested what you wanted. There's already proof that you don't have to repeat your affirmations over and over to get what you want. And, if you're like me and feeling burnt out from ridiculous amounts of repetition, then stop yourself. Whether you're doing it in your mind, scripting a lot, etc, slow down if it's causing you stress and burnout. Because, again, that is not how it's supposed to feel.
Looking at my successes, both big and small, I've noticed it didn't come from affirming over and over again, weeks on end. It came from being in a state of confidence and convincing myself that I already had what I wanted, not worrying and stressing that it's not something I have yet. I am very guilty of stressing myself out with one of my seemingly bigger manifestations, which absolutely sucks but it can happen when it feels like a big leap and you feel it needs to show up in a short period of time. There can also be underlying feelings that you might not be catching onto to, like, doubtfulness, disbelief, unworthiness, etc. These feelings might be subconsciously manifesting themselves into your present state, making it feel harder and more stressful for you. I know damn well because I've put myself through it.
So then, what's the solution? Well, we have to dodge those doubts and what circumstances are being thrown at us, because those doubts and insecurities are what's causing problems in the first place. Affirm when you're experiencing feelings of doubtfulness, disbelief, and stress. You don't have to constantly affirm like there's no tomorrow. Affirming is here to keep you in that positive, wish fulfilled state. It's here to remind you that you already have what you want, no matter what your 3D reality is trying to push. View affirmations as your safety net, not what you constantly need to do in order to get your manifestation. Techniques (like repetitive affirming) are there to assist; they're not requirements for you to get what you want. If repetitively affirming helps, then do it. But, from my own experience, I've done it too much at times and it fried my brain.
I cannot stress enough, LOA works paradoxically when it comes to timing and how it shows up. When we pressure ourselves too much on time, it'll slow down the manifestation from showing up. It's a form of acting as if it's not already ours. Don't say things like, "If I don't get this thing in [x] amount of time, it's not mine." or "Law of assumption doesn't work if I don't get it within the period of time I want it." That is doubt. Time - including timelines like the past and future - is something made up by society. Time is an illusion, as crazy as that sounds. If you take your focus off of it, it'll relieve so much stress and make your manifestation show up quicker. You also don't focus on how you'll get it because, again, there are infinite ways your manifestation can make its way to you. That is not for you to worry about. The action of manifesting is simply putting it out there that it's yours, not repetitively affirming, focusing on time, etc. Manifesting isn't a process - it's a simple action we take.
Something that relieves me - who's a worrywart and overthinker - is reminding myself that manifestation is 100% guaranteed to happen. Think of it like riding a mechanical bull at the bar. It's supposed to be fun and the object of it is to hang onto it without falling off. View the bull as what you're manifesting. You've gotta hold onto that bull and not lose your grip. If you stress about it and lose your grip, it knocks you off of it. But guess what? Even if you do, you can hop right back onto that bull and get a better grip on it. The only way you won't win a mechanical bull ride competition is if you say, "I give up" and don't try again. So, what I'm saying is that wavering is okay - it happens to all of us. But don't think it'll stop you from getting what you want and that you can't pick yourself back up just because you knocked yourself down. You. Cannot. Fail. At. Manifesting.
Also understand that if you tell yourself, "I'll just keep living life like I had been before I knew about law of assumption," things won't change or they won't necessarily improve. You are always manifesting, and when you do things like complain or let insecurities get to you, you'll subconsciously manifest things that are unfavorable. If you feel burnt out or stressed, understand that it's not because the thing you want isn't meant for you or that you're doing something wrong, it's you thinking from the state of "I don't have it" and forcing techniques onto yourself that aren't helping you. Don't put pressure on yourself and do something that brings you to a better state of mind, even if it's as simple as doing a hobby you enjoy.
Also keep in mind that there are times where manifesting change may feel uncomfortable because you're shifting your reality to one that you aren't used to. But realize you want that change because you noticed something in your life that's lacking; something that's making you unhappy. Ask yourself: Do you want to keep living the life you've been living without seeing any change or do you want to improve your life even if you experience feelings of discomfort for a short period of time? You decide. You're the operant power and can change your life for the better just by making a simple decision.

can we forget about the terms “3d” and “4d” and everything else. it was helpful at first when it came to understanding the loa but now it just overcomplicates it for some of y’all. before any of you guys learned about loa, you were already manifesting unconsciously. when manifesting, you were never like “okay so I have to have it in my 4d for it to show up in my 3d” you just had an assumption which turned into reality. when you overcomplicate manifestation, it gets complicated and it’s as simple as that. you said loa was hard, so it was hard. you said loa was easy and effortless, so it’s easy and effortless. manifesting is literally just deciding a desire. you don’t have to believe it, you don’t have to feel it, you just have to state that it’s true so it’s true. you said you’re rich so you’re rich. it’s instant. time delay doesn’t exist unless you make it exist and the only way you can do that is if you decided that it exists. so forget about the terms 4d or 3d and just decide your desire and tell yourself that it’s true. if you said it’s true, it’s true. thats simply just the law. think/affirm in your favor (since affirming is just thinking) and that’s exactly what will show up in your life. matter of fact, stop separating the 3d and the 4d. although they are different things, think of them as a whole since your 3d is literally a reflection of your 4d. manifestation is life. your entire life you have been manifesting. ALWAYS. so why make it complicated now? you’ve been doing it your entire life, the only difference is that you’re consciously doing it or being aware that you’re doing it but being aware of the fact that you are constantly manifesting shouldn’t change how easy it is. manifesting is literally so simple. affirm that you have a desire/think in favor of your desire and BOOM! just like that, your desire INSTANTLY manifests.

Your reality is working in your favor
Something important Kyle August (Manifestation Man) talked about in his latest video is how things in your physical reality can be misperceptions. This is why it’s important to put yourself in the state of mind where you already have what you want. Lemme explain.
So, let’s say your SP is ignoring you. You saw him walk by and he spotted you, but he didn’t say anything. If you’re in the state of mind where you don’t have him, you’ll think, “oh wow. He doesn’t like me. He can’t even be bothered to talk to me.” HOWEVER, if you’re in the state of mind where you do have him, you’ll think of something like, “He got nervous. He’ll talk to me when it’s just the two of us in the room.” So, if you tell yourself he doesn’t want to talk to you, that’ll be what’s true - you’re negatively affirming. If you tell yourself he’s nervous and will talk to you when you two have a moment alone, that’ll be what’s true - you’re affirming positively. See the difference? Whatever you tell yourself is the reason is what the true reason will be behind his action. You determine why your person is acting the way they’re acting.
I’ll also give a real life example. This morning, I was running a few minutes behind on my routine before I left for work. As my dad and I are on our commute, we pass by two big construction vehicles. He says, “it’s gonna be one of those days…” and starts talking about how we’ll be stuck behind all the school buses and miss all the traffic lights. I look at him and say, “stop being so negative and talking like that! We’ll be fine. We’ll make it on time.” Because I thought that way and avoided getting into that state of mind where I felt we wouldn’t make it on time, we passed by every bus and made all the lights.
Don’t assume the world is against you. Your reality is trying to work in your favor. If you assume it’s against you, it will be against you because that’s what you’re saying is true. But if you avoid that mindset, then everything will work in your favor, like it’s supposed to, even if you just dealt with something that most wouldn’t see as something that aligns with the thing you want.

Manifestation is always instantaneous
I’ve been learning about manifestation and LOA for about 8 months now. It has finally clicked for me what instant manifestation is, after all this time. I don’t feel like a lot of people clearly explain it…and I’m someone who sometimes needs things explained to me like I’m a 5-year-old lol. So, I’m gonna break it down for you as clearly as I can, in case you’ve had a hard time understanding it, too.
The word instant is usually defined as something happening right now; immediately; in this present moment. So, when we’re told “you can manifest [this thing] instantly,” we might expect the thing to happen or appear immediately. I know, for me, this is how I’ve wavered because I’m like, “hey, where’s it at?” when it doesn’t show up quickly or I feel as if I’m waiting. And, I’m sure that you’ve experienced this feeling, too.
But, it’s not the thing that appears or happens instantly, it’s the bridge of events that happens instantly. After you affirm, reality immediately starts moving you towards the thing you want. You’re put onto that bridge instantly. Everything that needs to happen in order to get you to what you’re manifesting is already starting to happen. Sometimes it’ll be one small thing - the tiniest blip - that’ll get you there, sometimes it’ll be multiple things happening and people involved that’ll get you there.
So, this is why you can’t worry about the how and view it as “waiting.” There are so many different ways that your thing can happen. Thinking of how it will or questioning how it’s possible is what can make you feel doubtful. Affirming that you have what you want puts you on that bridge instantly. It’s already happening; you aren’t waiting. It’s already yours - you’re just being lead to it.
The analogy of manifesting being like ordering food at a restaurant can be used to understand how it works instantly. You’re telling the waitress (putting it out there) that you want a certain meal (the thing you’re manifesting). The waitress now knows and she’s in the process of writing it down, then giving the kitchen staff the information, and then the whole restaurant staff does whatever it is they need to do to make your meal and get it to you ASAP. This is how manifesting works and why it’s instant.
Also keep in the title “waitress/waiter” in mind - they’re waiting on you. It’s their job. They aren’t trying to make you wait - in fact, they don’t want to hear you complain lol. They’re waiting on you to tell them what you want and then making sure it gets to you. This is the same as your desired reality (the one where you have what you want) waiting on you to affirm for it, not listening to you say, “hey, why aren’t you here? I don’t believe that you’re mine and that I have what I want.”
Can you imagine going to a restaurant and as the waitress is writing down what you ordered, you go, “hey, where’s it at?” and start looking around the restaurant for your food. Or you say, “I don’t think you’ll give me my food. That’s not possible.” No? Because that’s crazy. People don’t do that. This is why you affirm and don’t ask where it’s at and go searching for it. You trust that it’s already yours and is coming to you because guess what? It’s guaranteed you’ll get it since you asked for it. Your meal (your manifestation) is already in the works; it’s your order that you put through. You don’t have to worry about anything else. Just enjoy life in the present moment as your thing gets to you. The less you focus on the time and more you reassure yourself that it’s yours, instead of worrying, the quicker it’ll show up or show up when you least expect it to.
The only time your manifestation won’t show up is if you change what you’re manifesting. Let’s say you originally ordered chicken fingers but then you pull the waitress aside and tell her you want steak instead. Then you’re simply getting the other thing you asked for instead of what you originally ordered.
The only time your manifestation will be delayed is if you keep focusing on how long it’s taking or don’t trust that you’ll get it. If you’re at a restaurant and keep nervously focusing on the time, it’ll feel like you’re waiting and like it’s taking a long time for your food to arrive. Or, if you keep saying to the waitress that you don’t trust that you’ll get the food, you’ll just stress her and the rest of the kitchen staff out which won’t help speed up the process of the food being prepared (the bridge of events happening to get you to your manifestation), it’ll just slow it down.

Creation is finished.
You're not trying to manifest your desire, it already exists and has already manifested in the 4D, whenever you script, visualize or affirm, you're aligning with that reality.
That's why persistence is important, the more you align, the faster it reflects into the 3D.

I used to be obsessed with living life “naturally” only to realise I wasn’t living life naturally, I was just living an undesired life.
This is more of a personal post, but I feel like it can help you guys as well. Lately, I’ve been stuck in the loop of “letting life unfold” without me doing anything to make it go a certain way, but I realised I’m always making it go a certain way. It just depends on whether it’s a negative way or a positive way. Life wasn’t naturally unfolding, I just associated pain = natural life, but that’s not true.
In truth you guys, I was manifesting so many undesired things because I wouldn’t let myself make my life good, because I believed I had to work for what I wanted and needed to get things through the 3d, but that isn’t true. It doesn’t need to be true. It was true for me for a long time, but it just left me miserable.
This is your sign that it’s okay to manifest whatever you want without needing to “work for it.” Working for it just makes your life harder and makes you manifest more difficult circumstances. You are always in control of your reality, but it’s up to you if u want that to be in a positive way or negative way. You don’t need to work for your desires or wait for a perfect time to manifest them, do it now. Life “unfolding naturally” is bs because this will always be your reality/mirror and it will always change if you do, it isn’t its own entity.

Notice what's consistent
So, when it comes to manifesting, it may take a bit of time for your brain to fully grasp that you can simply decide what you want and *poof* it's yours (or maybe not - everyone's different). This is where trying different techniques can come in handy. It may be a lot of trial and error (or not), but you find what helps you manifest what you want. Something that might work well for someone else might not work well for you or vice versa.
If you're doing that, I recommend taking note of what's consistent. Figure out if there's one or multiple methods that work best and feel most comfortable to you. Notice things that consistently feel good and/or seem to help most. I recommend this because it's something that's helped me and something everyone can do, no matter what.
Let me explain. From my own experience, I've tried a number of different things that have helped me. But, what I've noticed really helps me manifest - no matter what technique I’m implementing at the time - is when I show a lot of conviction and confidently say that I have what I want. My emotions don't matter - I've felt upset and frustrated while still manifesting positive things. Me having a strong desire and proving to myself that I have it is what’s helped me.

"Why do I want this?"
I know not everyone questions the things they're trying to manifest, but if you're anything like me who overthinks, then this post is for you. Most often, our manifestations are things we want really badly. When you think about them a lot, you might start to ask yourself why you want these things so badly. Well, we all desire things for a reason.
You're chasing a feeling
When you're unhappy, you start to notice whatever's making you feel that way and think about what things would make you happy, excited, content, etc. This is what leads you to consciously manifest better things for yourself. You want to feel better.
But, here's the thing. I know this is going to sound so cliche, but it's true: happiness comes from within. Manifestations that make you happy all come from you. You decide what makes you feel good and then manifest it into your life. You have to know what makes you happy and create that. What might make someone else feel good won't necessarily make you feel good.
Let's say someone else is happy having a boyfriend. You can't look to them and automatically assume that you'll find happiness in a partner, too. Not everyone needs a romantic relationship to be happy...and not everyone who's in a romantic relationship is happy. This is why I'm saying it's good to know what makes you feel positive.
It's something you're already experiencing in another reality
You have such a strong desire. You feel so much conviction and passion. You can see your desired reality so clearly in your mind. So, why is it so strong and so easy to see? Well, there are infinite realities, including ones where this thing you're manifesting has already happened for you. There's already a version of you that has what you're manifesting.
Quantum leaping is jumping into that reality where you are the person/the version of yourself that has what you desire. It's not some hocus-pocus. It's actual science. It can be done. It's how your manifestations happen.
You don't just imagine something you've never seen before. A version of you has seen it, which is why you're able to envision it so clearly. We're told so often that "you just made that up" or "you're being delusional." No. I can promise you that what you're seeing already exists somewhere.
It's something you're meant to have
Branching off of my last section, the fact that there's a version of you that already has it proves that you desire something because it's meant to be yours. Somewhere, in another reality, you have it. So, before you manifest, you are simply the version of yourself that wants it and just doesn't have it yet. But, when you tell yourself, "This is definitely something I desire" and decide it's yours, you're now the version of yourself that has it.
So, to summarize that last paragraph, your desire is something you're meant to have because you're becoming a version of yourself that already has it. Don't forget this. It's proof that you are 100% guaranteed to get your desire and that you're not silly or delusional for wanting it in the first place.
This really clicked for me when I was journaling and asking myself why I want something (referring to a current manifestation of mine) that seems like a big jump from where I'm at right now. I started writing a list of possibilities as to how the manifestation I'm referring to could happen. Something that popped into my mind as I was writing one of the possibilities, "Something about it just...makes sense." And that's just it. If having this manifestation makes sense to you, then there's no need to even question why. It should make sense to you and not even in a logical way. It also doesn't have to make sense to anyone else - just you. It's that simple feeling of knowing you're meant to have it.

Hot take: shadow work isn’t needed to manifest what you want
In case you don’t know, shadow work is reflecting on and confronting “darker” qualities we see in ourselves, trauma, fears, etc. There are people in the community who recommend doing it or think it’s necessary to heal in order to manifest the good things. But, here’s the thing: it’s not necessary for everyone.
If shadow work helps you, that’s great. Do whatever you need to in order to manifest. What I’m saying is that it’s not going to be something that everyone has to do. I feel like shadow work is more so beneficial for people who have a hard time letting go of bad past experiences and fears (ie. they fear it’s impossible get something better). If bad past experiences are heavily affecting you now and putting you in a state of worry, then shadow work could help. It’s supposed to be therapeutic and healing. People even make books about it and journals with shadow work prompts.
However, as I said, shadow work isn’t necessary for everyone. It’s not even every traumatized person’s cup of tea, and that’s okay. Believe it or not, people who are scared and/or traumatized can still successfully manifest their desires without shadow work. You don’t have to fully believe that the thing you want is already yours. All you truly have to do is make the decision that you want it in your life and affirm that it’s yours. Your subconscious doesn’t run on feeling. It runs on your thoughts - whatever you’re telling it is true is what it’ll produce into your reality.
You might’ve heard people say they’ve “persisted through tears.” Speaking from my own experience, this is absolutely something you can do and still get what you want. In my first few success stories, I mentioned feeling annoyed and crying while I was affirming, but, I still got my manifestations. Don’t feel bad if it’s difficult for you to affirm while you’re feeling upset - everyone is different and it’s not going to be easy for everyone. This is me encouraging you and telling you that you can, in case this is something you didn’t already know.
I think another important thing to mention too is that some people see manifesting as a journey or form of self-care. I know, for me, it's definitely been a form of self-care. My whole mentality on life has changed drastically, in a positive way. So, certain people will implement things like shadow work to help them through this journey and to take care of themselves more. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. But, if you don't personally feel like doing a deep dive into what you're worried about or what has traumatized you, that's totally okay because LOA doesn't require you to have perfect or close-to-perfect self concept.
