Ough, I can't wait to go back home and play the new Mario Kart I'm kinda hype about it!!!

I did my best to avoid any and all "spoilers" for it, specially concerning the character skins you can unlock (which is the thing I'm most excited about!), and so far I know very little about it so I'm happy to find out the new looks on my own!

Hey I haven't posted here in a while!

I just finished playing Sailor Moon Another Story and began playing Breath of Fire 1 (I'm in a SNES rpg kick lately) and I'm hooked! Specially now that I unlocked fast travel via warping!

It's a very "final fantasy" like rpg though and I'm glad that the series found it's own identity as it went on (4 is the one I'm most familiar with and it really is it's own thing).

I like that they always had a "specific characters have specific map skills" thing going on though, it was something I really like from 4!

But really the warping was a huge game changer, and so was the ability to see the world map (even if it's like, literally only a drawn map and you can't even see the names of the towns on it lol)

My only complaint with this game is that it doesn't have an easy to show you what spells do unless you just try them out XD Items at least have a question mark option that gives you a vrief description, but the spells menu doesn't bluh

Began playing Peglin yesterday, after saying I would for like 5466373737 years.

Was not expecting it to be this addicting and fun! It has mechanics and vibes similar to Demoncrawl, but without the bugs lol The only thing I felt was missing was a small tutorial at the start because it just thrust me into the game and I had no idea what I was doing XD

But it wasn't TOO complicated to figure stuff out as I played so it's not really a big gripe, just something that I think would be nice to add. But I understand why they chose not to put one, it is a very "pick up and play" game.

Hopefully I can play more today later, it was good to keep my mind out of crappy stuff <3

Slowly becoming obsessed with this Minecraft arg thing youtube randomly recommended me!

It's been fun watching the videos and trying to figure out things along the way. I already think that playing Minecraft alone is a very like, unsettling affair and I think this whole thing captures the feeling well in some of the videos. The narrative seems intriguing too!

Some observations about it so far (I'm not done watching everything) under the read more because spoilers.

=WHAT'S UP WITH SAND IN THIS??? Why is the main character so weird about it? Why can't they store it in chests aka why do they always need to have a stack in their inventory all the time + why do they hide their face behind it/rub the sand on their face periodically? Also there was an episode where everything got buried in sand for a hot minute.

=It took me longer than I care to admit to realize the map is mirrored and that the MC is building stuff in a mirrored way. The episode with the fire gave me so much anxiety as I watched them try to put it out!

=The dark figure unsettles me A LOT. I dunno why but an unknown entity in the game without any skin triggers something in my brain that I don't like.

=Dunno what the deal is with the guys with white bright eyes who seem to be monitoring the MC (that one video where they see the dark figure and it seems like it "kills" them, or at least disconnects them forcibly, it's very very uncomfortable for some reason).

=Oh yeah there's the creeper guy too who got into the game at some point and the white eyed guys freaked out about it. He left behind a book for the MC telling him he's "getting him out of there" but I dunno what that means. Is this a petscop deal where the MC is stuck playing against their will in some way?

The only reason I don't reccomend Demoncrawl as much as I would is because the game's so so buggy and the devs have abandoned the game pretty much so these bugs aren't getting squashed any time soon.

I keep playing it because I got to a point where losing a match due to a bug isn't really a big deal and I'm a completionist who wants more achievements but dear lord, does it put a damper in what would be a 9/10 game!

Was having legit fun with CCS Memory Key but now the game asks me to accept an update and no matter how much I press "ok" nothing happens /wipes a single tear
