definitely I followed a kinda chaotic measuring system but it worked still! used water bc didn’t have milk and let batter sit overnight but luckily that didn’t seem to affect it

not tooo hard pouring out into pan and swirling, but I got tired of having to butter it down in between each crepe

honestly they tasted alright! the first few reminded me of roti bread but that was easy to adjust

Used 2/5 good circle ones to roll w cream 1 and sliced bananas, then forgot I had strawberries so I cut up a few on the sides and gave one dish each to parents bc I’m a sucker for plating attempts

also this one was so evenly brown

until I flipped it over

shoutout to nekorichii for eating the ugly scraps

Whipped cream!

Fun stuff! it’s a quick gratification kinda deal and it tastes yummy no matter what stage it’s at

Unsurprisingly, I don’t have a mixing bowl so I just used a giant pot and scraped it down

I only used like half cup of heavy cream and it made a good portion small bowl that could be split between one excited person or also three conservative persons

This was just a mini test to see how firm it got and also how long it could be refrigerated before melting, aka part 1 of the crepe cake journey

They were really yummy with sliced strawberries :)

Banana bread muffins

Havent baked all by myself in a bit!

Used potato masher and rice paddle because I own baking tools, but they’re not with me at the moment lmao (also this is not a mixing bowl I’m aware)

Left them in a tad longer than I should’ve but still turned out good, esp with a glass of milk :)
