Just when Vlad's search seemed hopeless, Alma appeared. Fate or something far more twisted had delivered exactly what he needed.

Alma never intended to meet the vampire, let alone marry one. But when her life fell into ruins—no family, no home and danger at every corner—she had nowhere else to go. Desperation led her to Vlad’s door during a stormy night, hoping for protection. What she found was an offer; safety for herself in exchange for becoming his wife and caring for his children. It wasn’t love that led her to say yes, but the need to escape a life of uncertainty.

Alma clutched the roses, their red petals a reminder of the life she once knew. She had married a vampire out of duty, but fear still gripped her heart. She feared that she'd only traded one prison for another. Were the flowers a gift of love, or a warning of the darkness slowly closing in? She wasn’t like him… not yet.

Vlad regretted losing his temper and wished he had handled things differently. He felt foolish for thinking he could raise two infants on his own. He needed a partner, but the only woman he loved and truly wanted was Lilith. However, Lilith was betrothed to someone else and Vlad knew she would never agree to be his wife.

Cheryl Richardson stands before the iron gate to Vlad's mansion. Lured by Vlad's vampiric charm and promises of a fulfilling future with him, she moved in with him, totally unaware of the true darkness that awaits.

Vlad however had no intentions of sharing a lifelong future with her. He only wanted one thing from her, an heir. For each month that pregnancy did not occur, Vlad's anger grew, revealing his true and evil nature. Cheryl finally fled him, unaware at that time that his last breeding attempt had succeeded.

A few months later she gave birth to twins, a girl named Maci and a boy named Milton. The baby bubble didn't last long before Vlad found out about the twins and their whereabouts. He demanded custody over them but when Cheryl refused he did the unthinkable and got rid of their mother.

Meet Vlad! For those who have the vampires pack, Vladislaus Straud IV is a familiar and sometimes dreadful face when he shows up at your sims doorstep at night. Vlad is a loner, evil and music-loving vampire.

I havn't played that much with vampires before nor explored Forgotten Hollow, so I thought it would be fun and interesting to start a Legacy Challenge with Vlad as the founder.

I've decided to play my Legacy Challenge with the following rules:

Strict patriarchy gender law - Only male Sims are eligible to be the heir. Strict traditional bloodline law - Only naturally born children can be heirs. Strength (vampire) heir law - The first male child who is born as a vampire becomes the heir by default, but any other male vampire sibling (naturally born or turned) can challenge for the heirship at any time.

Sul Sul Simmers!

Welcome fellow Simmers! I’m Laura, a 34-year old sims-enthusiast. I’ve been enchanted by the world of the Sims since the very first game was launched. That’s right, I’ve been guiding my sims through their virtual lives for over 20 years.

I’ll be sharing both my adventures and mishaps in Sims 4. The reason I started this simblr is to document my stories, challenges and charachters so that I can look back at them later - like a diary. Please bear with me if you spot any grammar mistakes, as English is not my first language.

I love to dive into various challenges and hopefully this time I'll actually finish one too. I play in a rotational gameplay and I often find myself playing BACC (Build a City Challenge) in my saves. Although I'm a horrible builder and have no eyes for landscaping so I almost always end up playing with lots downloaded from the gallery.

My current save is a BACC rotational play that started in Forgotten Hollow. I havn't played that much with vampires before so I thought it would be interesting to play a vampire legacy challenge in Forgotten Hollow with Vlad as the founder. I’m also playing a prehistoric save, perhaps I'll post some pictures from that save too.
