Hello hello, I know that you probably on break, just wanted to check in on you. Been 4 months since we’ve seen any notion that you alive. Let alone no way of telling if you’ve forgotten us.

All jokes aside hope you doing well, and that you got the degree. 👍

Awww, hi! I’m still alive, I’ve just been in the academic mines. I did in fact get my degree (going to graduate in a few weeks!) so that’s good. I have started working on lions den again but it’s been a little slower going than I hoped, mostly since the last few chapters I wrote before going on hiatus weren’t quite up to the standard I wanted considering the trouble I was having with uni work at the time. Also, I have to reread a lot of my work to remember exactly where I was going. I hope to get a couple chapters written up before I start posting again, so I might not update for another month or so but do plan to get back to it properly soon.

thank you for the concern tho! And I promise, I haven’t forgotten; lions den is the biggest project I’ve ever done and I really want to see it through to completion. Hopefully the writing gods smile upon me and I can get back into the swing of things soon :)

in other news: i've been having A Time of writing recently, and given that I'm about to start working on my final semester of uni/dissertation i've made the tricky decision to put lion's den on hiatus after the next update probably. I'm having enough trouble putting out work of the quality I want as it is, finishing uni at the same time is not going to help. so anyways plan is to do 1 maybe 2 more chapters wrapping up this... 'arc' ig and then itll be going on hiatus until I escape uni for good. its a shame but i know when to admit im beat and im very proud of how long i've kept my upload schedule regardless. biggest project i've ever done!

I have a reeeeal unreasonable pet peeve with Transformers media where the Cybertronians call themselves "Transformers". I consider it an Earth-made term.

Obviously if, in-context, the Cybertronian is speaking with humans and they adopt the term in acknowledgment like this is how Humans identify us.

But if some character who has never been to Earth is like "anyways as a Transformer..." it makes my skin crawl.
