I attempted to make vegan egg sushi! It was actually alright 😊 Made a vegan easy egg pancake (the mixture moulded to the fry pan and kept it's shape well). Then thinly sliced some carrot and capsicum and rolled it all up! (at Melbourne)

Tried Cleo's White Choc Peanut Butter Cups! Good stuff @gomaxgofoods, this is delicious. I think the choc version is deliciouser, but I'm a choc > white choc person. If you love white choc then you will be in heaven upon your first bite 😍 (at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia)

This is so good! Vegan spinach quiche, made with chickpea flour and other good things. Not the prettiest, but damn tasty, and it's not yet a permanent menu item. Can't wait until they perfect this beauty. (at Mister Nice Guy)

Tofu freakin' burger from @newschoolcanteen! Best tofu burger to date, although I haven't had heaps, because they don't appeal to me over veggie/bean patties, but this did, and I'm glad. Bit messy, but food should be. These guys are the new kids on the block, and have a very friendly menu for an omni place 😊 (at New School Canteen)

Yummy salted caramel slice at the What The Health premier in Melbourne. Supposedly the biggest turn out, woohoo! Everyone should see this film. If you get the chance or have AUD$13 spare to stream it on vimeo, definitely worth it. Please watch and share with loved ones. Delicious treat by @_rawbeet. Cool venue at the Astor Theatre. So I tried Orgran Vegan Easy Egg and made a big vegan breakfast (minus vegan sausages). Swipe to see the 'egg' packaging and in the pan! I was really impressed with this product, it's made of various flours like chickpea, and has a similar (but more pleasing) texture and the taste is not too similar but enjoyable. It can be used for scramble as seen, omelette, frittata or quiche. AUD$5 for 15 egg equivalent is pretty good. I mean, it's better than organic free range and for that price point haha... For anyone missing eggs, healthier, better for the planet and cruelty free ❤️🌏😊 (at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia)

This isn't pretty, but maybe the best airport vegan option I have found to date. A grilled avocado mixed veg sandwich in a wholegrain bun. This was almost my only option at Auckland airport airside. The generous amount of avo was awesome, the bun was soft, it was easy to eat both out of practicality and taste 😊 I don't know if grilling the avo was intentional, but definitely a good twist that I'll try at home 👌 (at Shaky Isles Auckland Airport)

Yummy creamy pumpkin soup with yewge [huge] thick sliced multi grain bread, and a beetroot swirly knot. Thanks to Fat Dog Cafe in Rotorua for the meal and staying open late enough to take our orders! Super cool digs, chilled out with a lot of character. (at Fat Dog Cafe and Bar)
