I'll be back... In September

It's time lovely Tumblr fam. I actually got way busier than I ever thought I would during the final week of term, so have had to post all I intended to 4 days later than I said I would. I apologize. Anyway, I wish you the best as I attempt to survive the summer hols. (I sound dramatic but, this time of year I get so run down that I have previously found myself in a very dark place). See you all in late Sept! I'll miss you!

Atreo: “AH! W-WHAT?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! WHAT’S HAPPENING?!”

Atreo: “YOU’RE KISSING?! HOW COULD YOU?! MY BROTHER AND MY BEST FRIEND?!!?!”

Kiry: “Uhm… This is mortifying.”

Acco: “Omw, he really has been ignoring me for months.”

Atreo: “I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. I EVEN MADE A FRIENDSHIP BRACELET FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY AND THEN YOU GO AND BETRAY ME!”

Kiry: “Please stop screaming.”

Acco: “Er, how am I betraying you?! Also by the gnomes, I already told you about Kiry and me so many times!"

Atreo: “YOU ALWAYS STEAL WHAT’S MINE, YOU ALWAYS RUIN EVERYTHING!”

Kiry: “Atreo calm down, you’re not making any sense.”

Acco: “You haven't changed one bit. I thought after the whole fake nanny ordeal you realized-"

Atreo: "SHUT UP!"

Atreo: “I HATE YOU! I WISH WE COULD HAVE BATTLED TO THE DEATH INSTEAD OF AN EGG-FINDING COMPETITION!"

Kiry: "Atreo please-"

Acco: "Why are you so angry?! Kiry and I are in love, we're dating. Why can't you just be happy for us?"

Atreo: "I'll never be happy for you Acco, you're the spare, your life is a dream! You’ve stolen my best friend and now you get to date him, without having to fulfill a stupid aspiration! Why do you always get to have everything?!”

*shoves*

Kiry: “Hey stop it!"

Kiry: “That’s enough. Atreo, your behavior is unacceptable. Acco doesn’t deserve this. I-I don’t deserve this. I… I do not want to continue being the best friend of someone as selfish and cruel as you… Please leave.”

Atreo: “Fine. You can have him Acco. You won.”

Acco: *cries*

Kiry: “I’m not an object you can own-”

Atreo: “Bye.”

Atreo: *grumbles* “That travel better get here fast..”

Scientist: “Excuse me young man, I require your assistance. There is… Uhm… My handsome military husband and I lost… A horse! Our horse got loose.”

Atreo: “A horse? There are horses now? Where?”

Atreo: “Gah! What traumatizing pose set is this from-”

Scientist: "Shh shhh sleepy time."

Military guy: "...You think I'm handsome?"

Scientist: "Yes you're gorgeous- wait, I hear somebody coming, quick, let's get out of here!"

An hour later in a basement dungeon in Tartosa…

Atreo: "Ughhh my head, where am I? What uncomfortable pose am I in now?”

Scientist: "Quiet prisoner!"

Arnessa: "You're awake and alive. Good. I feared we used too much mandrake concentrate.”

Atreo: “Oh you have no idea what you’ve done. Zehra’s hidden a tracker somewhere, I think in me? She’s unhealthily obsessed with me and ridiculously strong. She’ll come to rescue me."

Arnessa: “That’s what I’m counting on, silly child!”

Arnessa: “Once she enters my lair, my vampire offspring will overwhelm her and end her reign of vampire-hunting terror! You’re the bait!”

Am I ending on a cliffhanger so I have a good incentive to continue after my summer hiatus? Yes, I am. Have a good next 2 months everyone!

✯ A Sim-ply Historical House Party ✯

Today Kiry is graduating High School. His absurdly wealthy & famous mothers have bought a TS2 re-creation of the Beaker House to host his themed costume party in. Ofcs, Acco, and Atreo are invited!

Atreo: “Omw, look at it! It’s exactly as described in our history books!”

Acco: “Hiya Kiry!"

Kiry: “Good evening and welcome! I appreciate the effort you put into your costumes, I can very easily tell you are meant to be Don Lothario and Pascal Curious."

Acco: “I’m so excited, congrats again on graduating and with such high grades!”

Kiry: “Thank you!"

Atreo: “I’m in awe, the attention to detail… I never knew your mums were so rich!”

Kiry: “They truly went all out. We even have a DJ and a juice keg for the occasion.”

Atreo: “Juice?! This party is gonna be amazing!"

Acco: “Pascal and Nervous were such a good idea for a couples’ costume by the way.”

Kiry: “I can’t even explain how right this feels. Seeing us both dressed like this is making me happy and highly flirty."

Atreo: “Yes!! Juice, juice, JUICE! Let’s all get dazed!”

Atreo: “Really? Cassandra? Don’s fiancée? Coincidence much?”

Zehra: “It's not. I did my research.”

Atreo: "You went through my trash again, didn't you?"

Zehra: "Ah you got me!"

Atreo: "It's a good thing I like you."

Kiry: "You… do? I need to process this information."

Most of the guests head into the courtyard to dance to the TS2 soundtrack. Everybody seems to be having a blast. It's a hot, sweaty night so the juice is flowing fast.

Acco: “I swear Atreo’s not paying any attention to me at all. I bet he still doesn't know about me and Kiry. I’ve told him like 3 times! I have a feeling he’s not gonna like it…”

Onyx: “Oh who cares what your stupid brother thinks? You’re happy, that’s all that matters."

Acco: “I suppose… great costumes btw guys.”

Onyx: “Who knew dressing as a 40-something Mum would feel this comfortable?”

Acco: “Denise you really look like Olive Specter. It’s scaring me.”

Denise: “Aw thank you Acco. You won’t end up in my garden tonight.”

Derya: “Do you need help?”

Zehra: “Ha! Not from you. I can’t believe you dressed as gold digger Dina.”

Derya: “Esma suggested we be the twins-"

Zehra: “You always leave me out! I wanted to be Nina and dream about hottub woohoo with Atreo.”

Derya: “Go and snipe at Esma then."

Derya: “ Wow Atreo, you totally pull off the Don look.”

Atreo: “Thanks, you make a good Dina.”

Derya: “You up for some roleplay? We could mess around in the shower?"

Atreo: "Oh Dina, we shouldn't. I’m engaged."

Derya: "It'll be our secret. Meet me in the bathroom later."

Atreo: “Hey! Cool costumes… You’re the Burbs right?”

Asmara: “Yup, John and Jennifer. Where’ve you been Atreo? I haven’t seen you in ages, we should really catch up… as friends I mean.”

Atreo: “Yeah… Sorry. Later. So does this mean you’re a couple?”

Asmara: “What? No!”

Aldo: “OMW I’m into guys. I told you this. We both have! Do you listen, like ever?”

Asmara: Yeah this is just a friend thing, we thought it’d be cute.”

Atreo: “Oh thank the Watcher.”

Esma: “If you’re Don Lothario, where’s your beard?”

Atreo: “Ugh I couldn’t grow it and my cheeks are just too silky smooth to glue on a fake one.”

Esma: “Your lack of commitment is disappointing.”

Atreo: “Hey you’re Nina, you’re meant to be into me!”

Atreo: “Are you excited for your birthday tomorrow?”

Zehra: “Not really, but I’m excited about yours! A young adult in two days! I wonder what your rolls will be?”

Atreo: “Yeah well, I’ve been trying not to think about it.”

Atreo: “The Watcher and their friends really don’t like me, so my future is looking bleak… Yeah not gonna dwell on it.”

Zehra: “Don’t worry my love. I will be there to support you every step of the way.”

Derya: “Sooo I’m heading to the bathroom just so you know.”

Zehra: “Uck you’re so weird and gross. I’m gonna hack your social bunny and tell everybody."

Atreo: "And I'm gonna go to set off the fireworks I bought real fast. My bladder bar is very low suddenly."

Atreo quickly heads up the stairs to light the fireworks he set up earlier, looking forward to messing around with Derya. He’s determined to distract himself from all the stuff he doesn’t want to accept is happening and is completely unaware of what he’s about to witness…

That night a content Atreo drifts off to sleep… And he dreams once more.

Atreo: “Hmm this looks different. Ah well, it doesn’t matter. I completed the challenge, the Watcher should be pleased with me and break the stupid T-pose curse.”

The Watcher: “Hurray!”

VelvettB: “The firstborn Atherstone son returns.”

Atreo: “You seem glad to see me? Are you having a party because I completed my aspiration?”

TW: "We’re not celebrating you. All you did was the bare minimum under the threat of never-ending misery.”

Atreo: “Oh…”

VelvettB: “The heir’s confidence once again, turns out to be painfully misguided.”

TW: “No this means our friend can return to her original form! Chant VelvettB!”

VelvettB: “Everybody secretly thinks Atreo is lame, he should bow his head in shame, for all this misfortune he’s to blame!”

TW: "Perfectly said! And now for the actual spell, Crystalised Moonbeam, Eye of Newt, and Mystic Dust, now return our good friend to us!”

VB and TW: “You’re back! How do you feel Obsessed Simmer?”

Obsessed Simmer: “Exhausted from staring menacingly at Atreo without blinking for months.”

TW: “You should go to sleep! Sleep is the best thing ever!”

Atreo: “So… Does this mean I’m no longer cursed?”

OS: “Pft, no. The T-Pose curse will stay with you for the rest of your life.”

Atreo: “But that isn’t fair!”

TW: “Well we think it is.”

OS: “You were very rude to me, and you are generally a sucky person. I've been watching you in real-time, so I know.”

VelvettB: “To be honest, you should count your lucky stars. You deserve so much worse."

Atreo: "Won’t the T-pose curse be annoying for you to keep up?”

TW: “Your suffering matters more. You should wake up now, can’t have a party with you around.”

VelvettB: “Yay now you're no longer a dragon toy, you can work more on CC and Ranch to Riches for our Fates channel!"

Atreo wakes up feeling very unsatisfied with his dream. Unlike me, I'm delighted that the Trio is back to normal.

Atreo: "Well that sucked. Now my confidence is shaken.”

Back at the Atherstone home, right before another school day, Brielle is still trying to max her knitting skill. Alejandro vacuums while being haunted by the ghost raccoon and Acco writes a book about his childhood experiences.

Atreo: “Derya! You’re alive!”

Derya: “Zehra burned all my stuff, but yeah I am!”

Atreo: “Oh, sorry about that.”

Derya: "It's okay, she let me live, that's all that matters. I heard you became just friends with Asmara..."

Atreo: "Yup, you wanna be my gf now?"

Derya: "Ofcs!"

I don’t want to write about all the dates and first kisses and new relationships Atreo is having, so please enjoy this seduction montage!

Atreo: “After all the flirting, the sensual back rubs and us becoming boyfriends, I'm pretty certain I’m not into guys. My preferences are firmly set so... Can we just be friends?”

Chase: “Yes. I understand… I think. Are you still dedicating a song to me?”

Atreo: “No. Sorry."

Later at the Ito house...

Atreo: “I’m making excellent progress all thanks to you and your in-depth research!”

Zehra: “Aw, I love you- er, seeing you succeed.”

Derya: “Atreo are we gonna go on a date soon or-”

Esma: “Desperate much?”

Zehra: “Ugh shut up Derya!”

Atreo: "So… Am I popular enough yet? I’ve seduced nearly every girl at school?”

Esma: “Sorry, not feeling it. I keep seeing the little boy I thrashed at that arcade game.”

Atreo: “I respect that but, again, I beat YOU.”

Esma: “I’ll be nice and let you keep believing that."

Esma and Atreo agree to remain the most platonic of friends. They happily enjoy the swing set together, but Atreo still needs one more golden date to complete his aspiration.

The next night...

Atreo: “You know so much about the stars Nora-”

Nadine: “It’s Nadine-”

Atreo: “By the gnomes, I’m so sorry!”

Nadine: "It’s fine. I barely remember my own name. I only popped into existence 5 hours ago with the strong urge to date you.”

And with this last golden date, Atreo completes his aspiration, and the generation challenge Brielle rolled! AT LAST!!!!

Atreo decides to graduate early after fulfilling his aspiration.

Atreo: “Yay, no more detention for me ever again!”

He then applies to university before bed, all ready for his YA rolls in a week's time.

♫ Atreo skilling on the hack lot, beefing up his college application! Look at him go, he's gonna be so skilled and prepared for whatever challenge he rolls! Wooo! ♫

Meanwhile, Acco has finished and published his first-ever book ‘The ghosts that meow in the night’ and it's immediately nominated for an award!

Acco: “Well that was a nice confidence boost and the motivation I needed to start writing another book!”

Brielle: “Congratulations on getting nominated sweetie and for your first book! I am so proud!”

Acco: “Thanks, mum!"

Brielle: “So many firsts! Did you tell your boyfriend yet?”

Acco: "Of course, but I still need to talk to Atreo properly about him. He's been very distracted."

Atreo: “Guess who ordered pizza to celebrate!”

Acco: "Oh sweet! You got me pizza for publishing a bestseller!"

Atreo: "Huh? Oh yeah sure, it can be for that too."

Atreo: "I've important news! I got into every distinguished degree programme!”

Acco: “Wow! Congrats! Erm but... I also have something to tell you… Kiry and I are dating and-”

Atreo: “Yeah great. The watcher is gonna be so impressed with me!"

Acco: “Did he even hear me?"

Brielle *blows on pocket horn*: “I'm overflowing with pride! Both my boys are amazing! Good news all around!”

Alejandro: “Yeah! Brilliant, well done buddy!”

Atreo: “Thanks, Papi. Erm, is your neck okay?”

Alejandro: “It does this sometimes, don’t worry about it.”

✯ Finally Fulfilling An Aspiration ✯

Atreo is finally making an active effort to complete his aspiration. He has spent the last couple of days reading Zehra's very detailed notes on Emily.

Atreo: "She LOVES her hamster, got it."

Atreo: “Hey Emily. How's your hamster Nibbles after his space mission?”

Emily: "You're asking about Nibbles? Wow... That's SO unexpectedly thoughtful!"

Esma: “Is he really talking to suck up Emily?!”

Zehra: “Shh, let him work his magic."

Emily: "Can you believe he invented nuclear fusion and-”

Chase: “Are you talking about hamsters? I have one too!”

Atreo: “Sorry Chase, Emily and I are trying to have a private conversation.”

Chase: “But... Fine. Whatever.”

Atreo: “Sooo Emily, see you after class?”

Atreo: “You know, there's a cool lot in Moonwood Mill, wanna go hang out there?”

Emily: “Absolutely! Atreo can I be honest for a minute? I… like you. Really like you. I tried to hide it by ratting you out to Ms Summer and I'm so sorry-”

Atreo: “It’s okay. I like you too.”

One travel to Moonwood Mill later…

(I think it somehow looks way creepier in the daylight, right?)

Atreo: “Here we are! Just ignore the smell and trash. It’s from all the rabid werewolves, but they don't come round here until it gets dark, so we're good.”

Emily: “Ew, I-I mean it's... great… In a I wish I’d said goodbye to my loved ones kind of way. Be honest Atreo, are you gonna feed me to a cowplant or something?”

Atreo: “Huh? No! It’s romantic, I swear, I’ll show you.”

Emily: *uneasy sounds*

Atreo: "Hey you can trust me."

Atreo: “See? Romantic right?”

Emily: “Omw I LOVE it! The petals. The candles. The fairy lights. You really went all out.”

Atreo: “Yeah… I totally did.”

Emily: "Mm this salad is so good!"

Atreo: "Thanks, I'm kind of a whizz with uncooked food from living on a cursed lot."

Emily: "It might be the adrenaline, but I’m feeling really flirty.”

Atreo: “That's not a bad thing…”

Emily: "I guess not… What else do you have planned?”

Emily: “Oooohh what a wonderful back massage.”

Zehra: *breathes loudly with face pressed against the glass.* "It's working!!!"

Atreo: “Let’s dance.”

Atreo: “Emily, would you do me the honor of becoming my girlfriend?”

Emily: “Yes… Now is there anything else I can do for you? Cuz I have a few ideas…”

*kiss*

Zehra: “Yes! Complete that aspiration my love, and then you’ll be mine. Hmm, I should probably stop watching them now…”

Emily: “I can't hear you. What are you whispering?”

Atreo: “Ah just nothings.”

Emily: “Well they sound sweet to me. Kiss me.”

*they proceed to do way more than kiss*

Zehra: “Omw, that went so smoothly. Atreo was cool as a cucumber! He makes me so proud. Ahh..."

..."Time to go up to the attic for reasons that will soon become obvious.”

Zehra: “Soon… Soon my love, you will be mine with the Watcher’s blessing.”

*worships her Atreo shrine*

Zehra: “I just can’t stop daydreaming about my future husband.”

*Vampire urns quake ominously in the background*

Werewolf B: “My self-confidence! My back! Argh!”

Atreo: “Omw the insults are more brutal than the fight!”

Zehra: “Stop it guys, verbal violence isn’t the answer!”

Werewolf B: “Run and hide children! He’s gonna tear you apart using your insecurities!”

Zehra: "Quick get back inside!"

Atreo: *panting* “So it seems you've got me trapped here, what are you going to do to me? It’s gonna be weird isn’t it?”

Zehra: “No, nothing weird, I promise!”

Atreo: “Did you hear that? What’s up there?”

Zehra: “Nothing! Maybe bats. Not vampire ghosts, definitely not vampire ghosts. Why would you even think that?”

Atreo: “Uhm...”

Zehra: “Don’t worry about it my love, come with me.”

Zehra: “Tadaa! Isn’t it romantic?”

Atreo: “Yeah… Lots of fairy lights, candles, and petals, you put a highly concerning amount of effort into this.”

Zehra: “It’s for you to mess around in!”

Atreo: “Huh, what an uncomfortable and inappropriate overstep into my personal life.”

Zehra: "I want to help you fulfill your aspiration, my love. You need to appease the Watcher or you’ll stay cursed."

Atreo: "I guess... What are you getting from it?"

Zehra: "The pleasure of seeing you succeed."

Atreo: "That's all?"

Zehra: "That's more than enough for me!"

Atreo: “Well…This room’s decor is putting me in the mood. The Sandalwood scent is infatuating, literally thanks to the Sandalwood.”

Zehra: “I know right! Just imagine how easy it will be to seduce sims here my love.”

Atreo: “You’re not wrong…”

Zehra: “Anyway Atreo, in my visions-”

Atreo: “You have visions?!”

Zehra: “Yes. In my visions, the Watcher and their two cool friends told me that you rolled the secret want to kiss me. Is that… True?”

Atreo: *deep sigh* “Okay. Fine. Yes.”

Zehra: “Eeee! Can… Can I help you fulfill it?”

Atreo: “W-what?”

Zehra: “Let me kiss you. Please? It’s what we both want after all.”

Atreo: “Hmm I am flirty so… Oh why not?”

*kiss*

Zehra: “That was… Amazing. Your lips are intoxicating my love.”

Atreo: “And I feel like I’ve made a horrible mistake-”

Zehra: “No, you’ve done well! So well. You needed 3 first kisses to complete your aspiration goal! Now you can move on to the next phase."

Zehra: “Look, I’ll prove to you how not weird I am about the magical kiss we just shared. Let’s sit down and discuss our plan of action.”

Atreo: "Alright..."

Zehra: "Your charisma is great, so you just need to kiss 10 sims and have a high romantic relationship with 3. I count, and so does Derya. Go after Emily next. She might be sucking up to Principal Summer, but that's because she has a crush on you and desperately wants to hide it."

Atreo: “OK, if you say so. I’ll try… Thanks for all of this Zehra. You’re actually not that bad. I mean, you’re my stalker and the depth of your erraticness scares me, so you’re still pretty bad but-"

Zehra: “Ooo I love it when you compliment me!”

Atreo: “Ugh. It’s 3 am. I’m exhausted…”

Zehra: “You can go to sleep, I’ll guard over you and keep you safe from the werewolves.”

Atreo: “Thanks, but I think I’m too paranoid to sleep. ”

1 hour later…

Atreo: *snores*

Zehra: “ Oh Greggorius Lunvik, your diary is smutty- What’s this? Camille? What does she want? To meet me tomorrow so she can unveil her secret master plan? Ugh fine.”#

Morning has broken in Moonwood Mill. The werewolves have gone and the neighborhood is safe again.

Atreo: “Bye Zehra.”

Zehra: “See you soon my love... At school in like 2 hours!”

Zehra: *whispers to herself* “Did I do well my Watcher? Are you proud of me?”

Yes. Keep up the good work and Atreo will be yours, as we agreed

Meanwhile… 

Atreo: *sobs* “Omw- Narratively I'm devastated but moodlet wise I'm fine, how does this makes any sense?!” 

*Misses class having a distressed nap*

Acco: “Hmm brownie sliders, also weird…” 

*writes diary in the toilet for some reason* 

Acco: “Dear diary, my first day at high school has certainly been unusual. I’m part of a betting pool about who principal Summer is having a baby with. I think it's Don Lothario."

Atreo: “Kiry I’m having the worst day.”

 Kiry: “I’m sorry to hear that." 

Atreo: "I just wanna go home and mope." 

Kiry: "Oh but I thought we could spend some more time together after school and catch up properly?” 

Atreo: “We should but can we do it tomorrow?"

Teacher: “Keep studying everyone. Ignore Miss Ito serving her in-class detention because I don't want to stay after school.”

 Esma: *writes* “I won’t catfish my teacher on Simder, pretending to be a sexy astronaut.” 

Teacher: “For 6 months!” 

Esma: "... It was 8 actually."

Teacher: “Yes! 8 months I chatted with her, telling her how much I loved her, planning our life together, picking baby names. What’s wrong with this generation?!” 

Atreo: “This is gonna be on the test isn’t it?” 

Teacher: “Yes.”

Teacher: “Anyway, putting my emotional devastation aside, Atreo brought in something special today. Spicy Dragon, his childhood toy. Atreo, come up here and tell us all about it.” 

Atreo: “... W-What?!”

Everyone suddenly t-poses and choruses: “Talk about it. Talk about Spicy Dragon Atreo. Explain yourself.” 

Atreo: “Oh no. The curse!”

Atreo: “AHHHHHHHHHHHH! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!”

Kiry: “Woah, Atreo? You alright?” 

Asmara: “What’s the matter bae- uh, I mean friend?” 

Zehra: “It must be the curse only I know all about… Poor Atreo.”

Teacher: “Mr Atherstone, are you alright? I’d tell you to go to the nurse’s office if we had one.” 

Atreo: “I-I’m not, sorry, I- Can I leave?” 

Teacher: “We don’t support such an action I’m afraid. Your grades will suffer.” 

Atreo: “Fine. I’ll just wait it out.”

Atreo: “Today was the WORST!” 

Acco: “Aw, let me distract you.” 

Atreo: “Please!”

Acco: “Who do you think Principle Summer’s having her unborn child with?”

Atreo: “She’s pregnant?! Who would ever woohoo with her?” 

Acco: “I was thinking Don Lothario but a lot of students are betting on the Grim Reaper.” 

Atreo: “Yeah that tracks. I guess not having Principle Summer as my mum makes me feel a lot better about my life.”

Brielle and Alejandro return from work, Brielle having earned a raise.

Despite missing a class and being off for 3 days, Atreo is performing superbly at school and is eligible for early graduation. 

But instead he opts for an early night.

Atreo doesn’t celebrate or even tell his family about his grades, before going to bed. He soon drifts off with no intention of travelling anywhere to meet anyone tonight…

A few hours later… 

Zehra: “He looks gorgeous when he’s sleeping. I’m happy I took so many pictures and DNA samples. Oh I think he’s waking up. Hello my love!”

Atreo: “Uhhh- W-wha-ZEHRA?!” 

Zehra: “I’m so happy you could make it. I was a bit worried when you teleported in, t-posed, then fell asleep on the couch but you’re here and that’s all that matters.

Atreo: “Where am I?!” 

Zehra: “My romantic hideaway! It’s the surprise I was talking about! You can bring your future conquests here, get them all flirty-” 

Atreo: “This place isn’t flirty! It’s terrifying!,” 

Zehra: “Don’t fret my love-”

Atreo: “Forget this! I’m out of here-” 

Zehra: “Atreo wait, it’s a full moon and past midnight, it’s too dangerous the werewolves are out!”

Atreo: “By the Watcher, why? Won’t you end my suffering?”

It’s Acco’s first day at Copperdale High and he’s nervous.

Acco: “Here goes, first day- Omw, everything's covered in Love day décor, is there an event I don’t know about?!”

Atreo: *sigh* “I have to talk to Asmara…”

Zehra: “Morning Atherstones! Just reminding you about our little date later Atreo, my love…” 

Acco: “You’re going on a date with Zehra?!” 

Atreo: “No! It’s not a date, there will never be a date! Zehra wants me to go to a random lot in Moonwood Mill-” 

Zehra: “Yes. Tonight!"

Teacher: “Er, where did all the love day décor come from-?"

Zehra: “Please don’t make me take it down Sir! It’s to help Atreo!” 

Atreo: “Uhm, how?!”

Teacher: “You vastly overestimate how much I care Miss Ito. I was hoping it was part of a glitch. Alas, the drudgery continues."”

Atreo: “Zehra is up to no good, I should probably skip school and go home.”

Acco: “That’s one way to avoid admitting that you cheated on your girlfriend…”

Atreo: “Fineeeee, I’ll do it, I’ll go find her and talk to her and emotionally devastate her, is that what you want?” 

Acco: “Not what I want, it just needs to happen.” 

Atreo: “Uggghhh! Enjoy your first day. Bit of brotherly advice, avoid Principal Summer."

Asmara: *singing to herself* “Painting at school before class like I always do, what a good day, surely nobody will walk in with news that will emotionally devastate meeee.” 

Atreo: “Asmara… Hi.”

Asmara: “Atreo! Bae! I haven’t heard from you in ages! 

I missed you!”

*big hugs* 

Atreo: “Yeah… Uhm…” 

Asmara: “The weirdest thing happened after prom, it just ended and we were all sent home. It must have been a glitch or something.”

Atreo: “About that… Asmara… I- I have to tell you something.”

 Asmara: “What’s up bae?” 

Atreo: “It’s really bad… Like, really, really bad-” 

Asmara: “Atreo, you’re making me worry.”

Atreo: “I- I messed up, it’s- oh Gnomes, I don’t-” 

Asmara: “Bae, it’s gonna be okay. I love you, you can tell me anything.” 

Atreo: *winces* That makes this so much worse.”

Atreo: *deep breath* “Okay. 

I- I cheated on you with Derya.” 

Asmara: “W-what?!” 

Atreo: “The Watcher made me do it. When prom ended suddenly, only Derya and I were left and the hall was filled with flirty décor-”

Atreo: “But honestly, I wasn’t strong enough. I couldn’t resist the flirty buffs and Derya and I, we kissed and then we messed around-” 

Asmara: “N-no…”

Atreo: *blubbers* “I’m s-so sorry. P-please don’t hate me, I- I love you so much-" 

Asmara: “I don’t hate you. I’m not even mad. I don’t know what to feel. I didn’t catch you cheating, so for me it’s like it never happened, even though you've just told me."

Atreo: “Huh, really?” 

Asmara: “My moodlets don’t lie bae.” 

Atreo: “So… There’s no consequences if I date other sims, as long as I betray you when you’re not around? That’s horrible!” 

Asmara: “I know but it might be a good thing, we’ll get to stay together…"

Atreo: “I can’t do that to you. You have the soulmate aspiration, you deserve so much better than me.” 

Asmara: “Atreo-” 

Atreo: *cheerily* “Let’s just be friends!” 

Asmara: “Okay!” 

Then they go their separate ways…

 (seriously why is 'ask to just be friends' a happy interaction?)

Zehra: “Sorry, I’m still a little deaf. The last vampire I killed really screeched whilst begging for mercy. I get it you are a widower with five adopted kids, you don’t have to blow out my ear drums.”

Atreo: “Uhm…”

Zehra: “Anyway as I was wiping off the dust, I suddenly got an idea to win your affection, so I rushed over here because… I will help you!”

Atreo: “Help me with what?”

Zehra: “To seduce sims. Fulfill your aspiration! You really need the help my love.”

Zehra: “After the whole cheating with Derya thing and the T-pose curse-”

Atreo: “You know about that? How?!”

It’s time for Acco to age up…

Lilith: “BLOW OUT THOSE CANDLES KID! THIS IS WHAT I EXIST FOR!”

Alejandro: “That’s the spirit Lilith!”

Brielle: “Come on sweetie!”

Atreo: “Do it! Make a wish!”

Acco: "I wish to ride a horse someday!”

And as Kiry serenades the night’s sky with an air horn, Acco grows up into a teen!

After Acco’s age up, everyone finally gets the chance to fill up their neglected hunger bars with cake.

Atreo: “You grew up quite handsome. We share good genes.”

Atreo: “I have a birthday gift for you. I made it after the whole fake nanny ordeal we won’t go into.”

Acco: “Really you want to give me a friendship bracelet? Of course, of course, of course!”

Atreo: “Ok calm down-.”

Acco: “I’d love to share this special bond with you.”

*hugs*

Acco: “Not in my wildest, most insane dreams did I ever think you would want to be bracelet buddies with me.”

Atreo: “Don’t read too much into it, I just wanted to do this cool fist bump, watch!”

Annnnd we abandon that fraught back and forth since all the guest have arrived! Everyone explores the Pier and a good time is had by all.

Acco: “Yay I scored!”

Denise: “Well done Acco!”

Acco: “Thanks really tall teenage Denise!”

Otto: “My turn now!”

Kiry and Atreo are bonding by exploring the Pier together. They take a ride on the Ferris wheel.

Atreo: *laughing* “Wow that was so lame.”

Kiry: “We didn’t even get off the ground in first person perspective.”

Atreo: “EA really slacked off!”

Meanwhile Brielle and Alejandro take a ride through the tunnel of love.

Brielle: “Well… We got banned.”

Alejandro: “It was a very satisfying woohoo though.”

Brielle: “It sure was. I love you.”

Alejandro: “I love you too.” *kiss*

Acco: “Uhm Otto, could we go into the Grave Mine together? I’m really scared.”

Otto: “No problem… But I don’t think I want to be called Otto anymore. I want something cooler. Like Onyx.”

Acco: “Okay, Onyx it is! Let's go.”

Brielle: “TAKE THAT AND THAT, YOU LITTLE HOMICIDAL-!!”

Alejandro: “Woah you’re really getting into this game.”

Brielle: “You should give it a shot honey. Whacking gnomes is so therapeutic.”

Acco: “Trust me guys, The Grave Mine is really scary-”

Atreo: “Nah you’re just being a wuss!"

Kiry: “Why don’t you give it a try Atreo?”

Acco: “Alone since you’re so brave!”

Atreo: “Pft easy.”

Once Atreo’s gone, Kiry and Acco get the chance to spend quality time together.

Atreo enters the Grave Mine, unaware of the horror he’s about to face…
